Very easy to view and use. Fast and much better than mini for watching soap operas.

My oldest daughter loves her Ipad. It loads so fast and is so easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone. She can't wait until college starts back because she says this will be great to use in her classes

I've had an iPad2 for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. But, since my iPad2 still had resale value and the new iPad Air came out, I decided to upgrade. The lightness of the iPad Air is very noticeable and it is on a smaller frame, both of which are bonuses. And the increased speed is icing on the cake. The screen resolution is just beautiful. Comparing photos on the iPad2 and the iPad Air, it is very easy to see the difference in screen quality. This upgrade was so worth it.

I like the screen size, Internet speed, and light weight. I have the original iPad and this is a huge improvement. I also have an iPad Mini, and use it much less now that I have the Air. This unit is sleek and very easy to set up via the cloud. I quickly set up the Air using the cloud backup function, which was a great tip given to me by the Apple guy who happened to be in the store when I was evaluating the Air. Everything that was on my iPad Mini was quickly set up on my iPad Air.

Great for the whole family. This is light enough to carry in one hand and the screen quality is really good. I use internet and watch movies with this all the time. Also, it is good for reading ebooks.

This was a upgrade for my older Ipad 2. It is faster and has a better display. I bought the same memory as my old one but with the upgraded camera MP I would suggest the next upgraded in RAM.

I'm not really an Apple fan, but I have an ipad, a couple ipods, iphone, and an Apple TV. When it comes to real work productivity, I am sold on the power of PCs. But, Apple has it figured out when it comes to devices designed for fun. The iPad Air is lighter, a little smaller, and a little faster than my old iPad 1. I traded in my iPad 1 for the new iPad and it was worth it!

Perfect size, functional for all my internet needs. Purchased a keyboard for easy use of email, Word and Excel. Great for business work at home without having to bring my work laptop home

very easy to use. the battery life is longer than my ipad 2. operates much faster than my ipad 2 and is lighter.

I have the iPad 2 and purchased this as a gift. It's much light and thinner. Also has a better camera. Would recommend but you still need a laptop or desktop to write documents.

Getting my mother-in-law acquainted with technology so that she can communicate with her grandchildren. This was a good choice because most of the kids have IPhones, so grandma can FaceTime, text and email them using her tablet. She also is able to watch TV in every room using this device.

Easy to use and easy to read. Use it more than my phone. Great camera. I received it as a gift, but if I had known how easy it was to use, I would have purchased it for myself.

Bought this as an upgrade for a 3.5 year old ipad 2. Fits the bill perfectly: lighter, smaller, faster, and better screen. With the release of the ipad air 2, the price of the original air dropped, plus I traded my ipad 2 in at best buy to upgrade, so total cost was was pretty reasonable. The ipad air 2 is obviously nicer with upgraded features over the original air, but this one is more than enough to serve all of my tablet needs.

I'm retired. I have a desk top pc, but I wanted something more portable to multi-task with when I'm watching tv or to take w/me out onto my decks, etc., to use when the weather is nice and I didn't want tied inside. I had a notebook pc, but found it too cumbersome, so I sold it to buy my iPad Air. I absolutely LOVE my iPad Air. It's fast, light, and totally portable and easy to use. My only regret is not having bought one much sooner!

This is the king of tablets. Perfect for reading or viewing things on a bigger screen. Apple does their products well and you shouldn't expect this to be any different. 16 gb is generally plenty for me when it comes to tablets because you're probably not going to take many pictures and videos with your iPad which are generally the memory hogs. I prefer the white color because it goes very well with different case colors.
