Bought this for my mom who is 79 and not very computer literate. Hope to get her using this more than she used an 8 year old Dell desktop. The touch screen is very difficult for her but I bought a case with detachable keyboard and she likes that pretty well. The tablet is easy to use she likes not having to point and click the mouse which is great. The typing on the screen is more of a challenge for someone that is older and not used to it. Will be downloading games and crosswords for her. A great and cheaper computer than a laptop or desktop.

Love it. Very easy to use and has all the apps I could ever want. I was looking into the surface but they don't have the sporting apps I want, so I went with the iPad. Battery lasts forever as well.

Love the new iPad! I received it as a gift for Xmas gift, at first thought I really didn't need it. As I had just gotten one last Xmas, but I love the picture quality of this one and how light it is.

This was given to my son as a Christmas gift. So far, he loves it. It's very lightweight and easy to carry. Got it for a great price from openbox.

Super fast and great performance witht he new a7 chip. Got this as a gift for my cousin who is in college. Works great for her. New charging port makes charging much faster. very light weight n slim.

Had an I pad myself but needed one for my parents who are their 80's to Facetime and have Internet and e mail access. It has worked great especially as we had increased font size where possible.....new tricks for an "experienced" user!

The ipad air is a great tablet. When I first traded in my ipad 4 for the new ipad air, I didn't think it would live up to the hype. We'll it does. It has surpassed my expectations. I would recommend this new Ipad to anyone who us interested in a great tablet . Battery life is great. Screen resolution is awesome. Very crisp and clear. Excellent for watching videos and movies. "Apple has Rocked this one".

This was purchased for a client, so I have no hands-on experience. However, the client has not complained nor asked any questions after the fact, strongly implying this is a good product.

Great tablet.never had an iPad before.tried three different tablets that I took back before this.i am happy.it chimes to let you know you have mail.big screen and very light to hold.pleased so far.

Thought about replacing my laptop but decided to go with an IPad after talking to several of my friends. Made the right choice. Device is lighter, smaller but big enough to read and can do all the things I was doing on the laptop

I bought an open box i pad, and to tell you the truth it was a great investment. I use it everyday for everything; games, work, reading...etc... buy 1

We purchased this tablet for my parents as a gift (we already have two at home). Even though they are not "computer literate", they have both picked up quickly on how to use it and are really enjoying it. They love being able to check the weather forecast, follow up on grandkids' Facebook, and check email.

I had an IPad 2, and this new generation is a great improvement over that. It is faster, has better response time and the camera is great. If you have an IPad 2, the upgrade is definitely worth it.

My wife had an original iPad, it was 5 years old, and in good working condition, just a bit rough around the edges, i.e. - cracked on corner, few scratches on screen. This was something she used constantly, so I updated and upgraded for her for Christmas, and she is extremely happy with it.

I owned an IPad 4 for about a year before I purchased the IPad Air. I liked using the Air, but I found that I liked the size of the bigger 4th generation better. If you like a more compact tablet, you will like this one. It fits into a good size purse, very easily. The IPad Air is easy to use, and has so many apps that one can download. It is a good little tablet with a lot to offer.

This is the best iPad to date. I upgraded from iPad 3 and it does everything faster, sharper, and the actual device is thinner. Only regret is that I didn't buy the bigger storage space version!!

I first had a ton of questions for the customer support about all the different Apple Ipads which where all answered. I then was able to make my purchase with confidence. Very happy with my Ipad, used ever day for work along with Square for my online and brick and mortar store. Works flawlessly

The IPad air is easy to use, very portable and I love the screen size. The App Store is easy to use and has a lot of choices that would suite any taste. I would definetly recommend this product .

Also own the iPad 2 and it definitely is an improvement from it with the retina display, faster processor, and lighter frame. Can't say much about the 3rd or 4th gen iPads since I don't own them.

I bought this Pad for my wife's Valentine Gift. I can say that it is very fast processor and the battery life is great. I would say that it would give my 4 year old MAC Pro a run for its money.
