Upgraded from an older model. The iPad Air does all the things my wife's second generation iPad either would not do or would take a painfully long time to process. She's doing everything she used to do on a laptop on this tablet, which is a lot easier to carry around. It goes everywhere with her! It's a very powerful product that she is getting a lot more use from.

Bought as a gift and they loved it easy to use great quality

My sister is enjoying her iPad. She needed something portable and small for. Something to takes and draft ideas for her business meetings. An updated iPad was much needed. The old iPad mini did not work and was very slow. The new iPad she has now is fast and equipped with many features. She is super excited. This was a great investment for her.

Light easy to carry fast works every time not compliants

We were VERY pleased with our sales associate, Dillen. We spoke to him a few days before because we had questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave excellent advice. We came back a couple days later, asked for him, and we bought an I-Pad and a flat screen TV along with the wall mount. He directed us to the NORD VPN after we asked him about VPN's.

I started out with a 128gb iPad, but with its non-laminated display it felt hollow/cheap, and with its two generation old processor it felt sluggish at times.. I returned the iPad in favor of the 64gb air haven’t looked back. Better processor, better front camera, true tone anti glare laminated display, and much thinner/lighter. this is an awesome device.

Love the larger screen and new ios! Clear, deep colors- really fast!!

Great overall tablet. For my use case, the ipad pro versions were just out of my price range. Using for work email, research and notes this ipad air is excellent. Also purchased the apple keyboard case and it is a perfect pairing for my needs. Didnt expect much different between entry level ipad and the ipad air. But this is a much faster tablet for my uses.

This has an old style look but man oh man do I like how the screen pops and the colors are among the most realistic in tablets out there. I was about to part with this after getting a IPAD Pro 11 but after seeing that display again can't do it. You really can't go wrong with higher level IPADs.. No one has been let down.

I needed a travel device and settled on the new IPad Air. My main laptop is the Surface Book - which I love. But this device is super light and works. The only thing about this unit is the battery. I feel I am only getting about 6 hours on it. I do keep the screen brighter, but thought that it would go longer. None the less, this pairs well with my Microsoft Surface and my IPhone XS Max. All good. I do have all of the Office items on here, and found that I still have plenty of room for pretty much anything I want (my photos and such are in the cloud). So, no need for anything over the 64GB
