This IPad checks all the boxes and is easy to use. This is one more Apple product that is user friendly and is easily adapted to the home network. Apple just continues their trend of improving on existing hardware, as well as introducing new products.

Finally made the complete switch to the apply environmental by replacing a 4yr old android tablet. Absolutely love this iPad. The battery life is incredible! Use it as a secondary device as a graduate student and it works well as a source for ebooks and secondary source for using Word

Apple iPad is still a very remarkable machine to use .. it is easy to use and is ver advanced.. this is my fifth iPad i have ... and I am still loving it .. there is a lot of apps from apple store to download .... I used it as a computer , watching movies .

I ABSOLUTELY love this thing! I also bought the Apple Pencil with it. Since it is joined to my MacBook Pro, I can copy on the iPad and then paste what I copied onto my MacBook. This is AMAZING! I mostly use it for my school books, or to reference my papers when I'm writing other papers.

Going from 9.7 screen to 10.5 doesn't seem like a big jump, but it takes a little getting used to. Basically does everything an iPad pro does in terms of accepting a quasi-legitimate keyboard and apple pencil, but without having to pay the ipad pro price, or give up the headphone jack.

The Air and 7.9-inch iPad mini models have faster processors and work better for some people, and the iPad Pro is worth the extra money if you plan to use your iPad as your main computer, but the 7th-generation iPad represents the best all-around value. Great chip

I purchased the IPAD as e holiday gift. The person who received it was very happy and is really enjoying using it. The item was very reasonably priced. The process was very smooth from ordering to curbside pickup. I would definitely do this again!!

Light weight and basically very easy to use. Not much different than previous models. Nothing that much different to justify the 500.00 price.

It's amazing to use to read books or watch video highlights instead of using my phone. Highly recommend this, takes great pictures and yeah you'll look weird holding this thing up to take a picture instead of your phone but hey, haters gonna hate.

Not much more to say than....it's a typical, user friendly, easy set-up, Apple product. I purchased for my mom, who is NOT TECH SAAVY and once I helped her set everything up...she was good-to-go. I would recommend for those who want simplicity.

iPads are great. The little ones confiscated our minis a couple years ago and we finally broke down to get full sized tablets of our own. With streaming shows it works great in the morning making lunches/breakfast. Better than running the tv.

Of the full iPad line up, this is by far the best performance for the cost if you are not a professional graphic designer, illustrator or other "pro" level user. For everyday use including web browsing, moderate gaming, or office level productivity this is more than up to the task.

My husband bought this for my birthday. I thought WHY did he buy this when I use regular laptops (OS) all of the time. Then I started using it. I’d use it while watching TV or to quickly look up things, etc. Then I set up my email addresses and all sorts of things. I discovered Games and Puzzles. I also use it for FaceBook because I hate too many emails going to my iPhone. But the best thing is Ancestry! There are SO MANY things I can do on it and I can easily take it room to room to show our twin granddaughter’s videos to my husband. It easily goes on vacation, takes hardly any room whatsoever! It’s so LIGHTWEIGHT! THIS IS A REAL WINNER!!! Oh, he bought the keyboard piece with it, I use it all of the time except for when doing puzzles. I recommend buying the keyboard part, it’s still lightweight and easy to use. It attaches and detaches so easily! I’m HAPPY with it!!

As a student I love using this with the Apple Pencil(1st gen). I use onenote for note taking, which makes finding specific notes easier. The adobe drawing and creation you can do on it is fantastic. So far I’ve found that the storage is more than I ever use.

This is admittedly my first tablet, and I bought it for my son. I'm no stranger to the Apple deathtrap, er, ecosystem, having had Apple products north of over a decade already. If this were a Macbook, this would've been easier: create a separate user account, set up the parental controls, and let him log into his account. Becaus iOS and iPadOS devices allow only one user, I set up the iPad under an account that I created for him. The advice online is all over the board, from "you need to set up an account for him" to "you can just add him to your family account." I wish I would've done it differently, but oh well. Setting up with the parental controls for him was not intuitive. I discovered that I had to use my iPhone to set up some of his settings via the family account, and then use the iPad to set up other settings, mostly device-specific. I tried to use both iCloud and Preferences on my MacBook - that's a lesson in futility because the most you can do is set up his account the first time and see his name. And I still haven't figured out how to limit the volume on his iPad. I would also like to block certain apps, like the App Store, but Apple just allows me to limit his ability to download. This might be by design, though, because they know that he's going to bug me to download Minecraft (not happening). The device is generally easy to use, though, and my son has learned to use a number of apps without much coaching from us. I have a daily time limit set up on several apps, and I can extend those when prompted, so that is easy. He is happy with it and uses it daily. I am marking this average because it's a solid iPad Air. I only wish I had more control over a number of things that he can access.

this is the second Ipad I have purched and I like this one because the battery last longer and the screen is better than my old one.

I use my I Pad air for reading the many books I have in my library. I had a mini prior to this purchase and the screen wasn’t large enough. The Air is the perfect size. It complements my Apple I Mac perfectly.

My wife uses this to help display content to her online students. She shows her students the iPad screen the low-tech way of just holding it up to her laptop camera. An easy way to manage content without the complexity of managing the content only on the laptop.

I PURCHASED THIS IPAD HOPING TO GET THE LATEST GENERATION, WHEN IT CAME, I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS AN PGREAD. I HAVE SINCE RETURNED IT AND PURCHASED THE UPGRADE. IT PROBABLY WAS SUFFICIENT FOR MY NEEDS, BUT LOOKING TOWARDS THE FUTURE, I DECIDED TO UPGRADE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RETURN THIS GENERATION 3 AND THE RETURN WENT RELATIVELY SMOOTHLY. THE STORE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY ACCOMODATING. THE IPAD WAS SLIGHTLY UNDERPOWERED AND THE GEN.4 GIVES A BETTER PICTURE AND HAS SOME NICE BELLS AND WHISTLES.
