    I went in to get a cheaper UHD TV to replace an old Plasma TV we had in the bedroom. I hooked up with a young African American male (sorry...don't remember his name) who was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. If all of your employees are like him, you are very fortunate indeed! Great experience.
