    It's a Kings/Queens Device!

    I love the apple iPads. Just purchased this version today and I already know what I'm gonna be getting into. Haha ha perfect for school, online videos (Netflix, blockbuster, etc), games, fitness, finance, and just perfect for when you wanna start a career. Its a perfect product for anyone. Cheers :)

    Great device, but poor quality

    A little over a year after being the proud owner of an iPad Air it started to develop a life of its own. Mysteriously, without touching the display, it acts as if somebody would navigate the device. The Apple Genius Bar kindly confirmed that this is a product defect not caused by me that cannot be repaired. But unfortunately I am just out of warranty having bad luck: “Apple products can break the day they are out of warranty”. I could still get 20% of the purchase price if I trade the unit back and buy a new. Well Apple, I would have expected to act more in the spirit of your founder to build the greatest products with the best quality. And in the unlikely case that shortly after the warranty period a product breaks w/o user error to see this as opportunity to help your customer instead insisting on the fine print. Steve Jobs said: “We’re here to put a dent in the universe. Otherwise why else even be here?” At least Apple made a dent in my universe learning about how poor your quality and customer support can be.
