    I bought this as a Zoom room controller. Works great. Beware if you want to use it for more advanced stuff since it is no longer getting updates.

    I bought refurbished electronics before, but never pre owned. Figured it would be fine, it is going to be used as a speaking device for someone who cant talk. So far ive run into problem after problem setting the tablet up. First, it wouldnt let me make a new apple account in setup. I would get all the way through and it would just keep saying 'couldnt create account'. I finally had to create an account on another device then sign in on the tablet. It was a pain. Next, the charger it came with is saying accessory isnt supported? I only have the one charger, but im praying this isnt a problem with the tablet as a whole, ill know more tomorrow when i buy a new charger. Third, and this one could be either the app or the tablet, the speech app keeps crashing at random times. I highly doubt it is the app, its a $300 official AAC app and for that price id think theyd have a bug like that taken care of and i havent seen any complaints about it in the reviews. Im thinking it is a problem with the tablet. If this app was available on the google play store i definitely would have skipped the apple product and went for a samsung.

    This item had to be returned do to it being an older model that has an older ios. In short terms you can’t download anything.
