I bought this iPad to get a head start on a writing career and my school work. It is versatile, portable, and a speedy machine. It also goes great with the keyboard I had purchased, and the Bluetooth set-up was incredibly easy. This iPad is access to the world around me at my fingertips.

LOVE the new retina mini. Set up is a snap and doesn't even require a computer. Apps easy to find & download from the App Store. Screen quality very sharp. Size is great to hold while lying on my back and reading books. Very portable. Be careful when buying a case for the new retina mini. It is slightly deeper than the old mini and many of the cases that are form fitting cases do NOT fit this. I found a folio case by I-Blason that fits it perfectly.

I purchased the iPad mini 2 and love it. I had an iPad 4 for work, but the mini is better for me because it is smaller, more portable, and just as easy to use with the same features.

Was able to purchase this for $224. Never seen a better price anywhere else. Wish I would have bought the one with more memory but my son uses it every day and loves it. Perfect size.

It's exactly what I wanted . It's lightning fast. Had an old Samsung tab 3 7" and it blows it out of the water. Does what I need it to and can handle the load with power to spare.

Great product. I love the size and i love the smart cover that turns iPad screen on and off automatically when you open or close it. The screen/display on the retina is so nice. I just love it. It fits right in my purse. Battery life is good. The only thing I can even think of that I don't like is that my lightening Iphone charger does not work with the Ipad. I can use the iPad charger on the phone, but not vice versa. Not a big deal though.

I purchased this as a second iPad for use with my DJI Phantom 3 Professional drone. It is the perfect size to fit in the hood on the remote. You can't beat the price either.

This iPad is amazing. I bought this as a gift for Christmas for my dad and he loves the gift. After work he comes home and start using his iPad. Thanks best buy for a great deal.

I bought this IPad to take on travel so I wouldn't need to carry a fullsize IPad, but would have a larger display than my smartphone. It fits the bill perfectly. The display is brilliant and battery life is good. And despite the relatively small difference in size between the mini and a fullsize IPad, the perceived difference when you pack it in your carry-on is significant. It's small, handy, capable and lightweight. Great stuff!

The best mini tablet to buy on market (yea, it out beats iPad mini 3). There is never a dull moment while this device on hand. Highly powerful, yet convenient to handle and use.

This was a gift for my 4 year old for Christmas. I currently use an iPad 2 and was quite impressed with the display quality. It's the perfect size for him and was a great deal!

I love my ipad mini 2. It's just the right size for me. Got my husband one for Christmas, which he loved, so decided to get one for myself. It takes great pictures and videos.

Beats watching Netflix, vudu, hulu+, etc. on my iPhone all to pieces!! Much quicker and easier than my Dell desktop for browsing, email, etc. (and considerably lighter, too!).

Just the right size to carry around everywhere. Takes great pics and I use my iPad mini with a wireless keyboard. It's great.

I love the fact that I can take it anywhere and it is not as bulky as a computer but easy to use! Great for traveling with does music books Internet and with the right app type documents. There are a few quirks that are mildly annoying like when reading if you swipe to turn a page you get a quick menu but not a deal breaker for me.

I researched before making a purchase - the mini w/ retina display was my choice since it has a better processor / better options Setup was easy / free apps are easily added I have not had this ipad very long, but i have not experienced any glitches or problems w/ it I expected ease of use and quality out of my first apple product and I got it I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to experiencing its full potential

The Apple iPad mini 2 is an excellent tablet as long as you are OK being in the Apple ecosystem. What I mean is that it is a bit locked down in being able to move your personal media onto the tablet unless you are using iTunes. It is not just a matter of plugging it into your computer and dragging files onto it like you would an Android tablet. If you are OK with that, then the iPad mini 2 is one heckuva tablet. It is extremely smooth in its responsiveness and plain and simply, it just works. It does what its supposed to and is a joy to use. This tablet was purchased almost a year ago and is still running great.

The apps are easy to apply and navigate. It is comfortable to hold and the size is very compact, yet holds a lot of data. Retina version makes the graphics very crisp and sharp

Bought this for my wife, I got her old regular size iPad. She like this mini size a lot better. Fits in her purse and travels better. She's taken it to Sweden this year!!

My wife and I traded in our older iPad 2 and iPad 3 to upgrade to these iPad mini 2's. The retina display is fantastic and we easily became accustomed to the smaller size.
