I needed a lightweight carry around tablet and this ipad mini is perfect. I can download my music/books and listen to it on international flights without worrying about battery life. I use it when attending work and client meetings. I had another tablet before but it doesn't compare to the mini 2. and I didn't need the extras provided in the newest version. Great choice!

This was a MOTHERS DAY gift from one of my sons and it was so touching he made this purchase . I Love this devise and it does everything my computer does just doesn't weigh as much and is portable. I have wanted an IPAD MINI 2 for awhile now but didn't want to spend that money on me since I'm a mom. I can now pair it with my LIVESCRIBE PEN so I can take notes and record lectures and turn my notes into text via my iPad screen. I can't wait. My IPAD MINI 2 will make school notes and everything in my life much more easier now since I don't have to drag my computer around daily.

I currently own an ipad 2 and I bought the iPad mini with retina display for my wife. The mini is faster, lighter, and the display is amazing compared to the ipad 2. My wife loves it and I would recommend the iPad mini retina to anyone looking for a new tablet.

Not needing anything real big this fit my needs at a great price. Easy to use and a good battry life makes it something that I keep with me all the time.

Had a 1st gen iPad mini and the A5 chip there was a bit slow for most games I play. Jumped on an iPad Mini2 deal during Best Buy's Thanksgiving special and loving it! The mini2 has the same chip as the iPad Air and perfect for my games. The retina display looks great, so glad I've moved up from the 1st gen Mini! It's the same size as the 1st gen mini so I'm able to use the same case/cover.

I love my iPad Mini! I use it as a reader, calculator, browser, diary, photo album - everything! I travel a great deal and I like the size and light weight.

My grandson was able to use this almost immediately. It is the perfect size companion for all of my activities. I love the fast and responsive system.

I never had an ipad or tablet before and I needed one for a few college courses I am taking. This ipad mini is perfect for travel and I can open email, use the cloud (which i discovered is very useful, especially with photos, and it pushed me to get an iphone too), use microsoft word and microsoft powerpoint (both free in app store), and typing and viewing presentations is easy with the clear screen. Best Buy even ordered the color I wanted since it wasn't in stock and I got it in one week. I would recommend this useful tool for any student. I wish I bought mine sooner!

This was purchased when my computer started becoming slower and slower. I paid $199 and am so happy with the performance and portability of my ipad.

I love this ipad, its not too big and not too small. Perfect to carrier around in my bag and 16gb is pretty good in my opinion. The price is good too.

I love my iPad Mini! At first I thought it might be too small, but I got used to it on the 1st day. It's portable and much lighter than my old iPad 2.

Apple's new iPad mini received the retina display and a faster processor. Screen size improved, faster processor. Feels the same as mini Pad 1 but with an upgraded display and lightning port. If you've got a mini iPad 1 I'd consider keeping it. However, if you're new to the Apple family I'd strongly recommend getting the new iPad mini with retina display, you won't regret your purchase.

The mini-IPad is great for taking with you wherever you go! You can use it at home or while waiting at an appointment. Light and easy to transport.

I was nervous getting my son a device of his own for safety and security reasons, but apple and their stores online make it so easy to set limits, send messages to only certain people, and still allows him freedom without me having to worry! I can manage his device from anywhere on my phone and it is portable and practical for him to do middle school homework! We purchased a Bluetooth keyboard and a durable case and have not been disappointed! Best Buy shipped my product quickly in the middle of the Christmas rush and matched anyone's price that end on sale!
