i tired a few other tablets to see if they could do what i need for them to do. none of them do what this one does. i need the accessibility program on the tablet. none of the others can match apples. it is easy to use and very versatile. started with an iPhone, then got a computer now a tablet by apple simply the best. also i have not had the problems that i have had with windows base products.

It's great for my school work and easy to carry. Just a bit slow when you open too many things but it's probably a memory problem. Can't open some programs but I realize after I bought it it's because it's not supported by any tablets. Other than that it's great! Love it!

Don't really like the size of larger iPads so this one fits perfect for people with small hands. Great size, great performance.

iPad mini is a perfect size. Easy enough to hold with one hand. Big enough to browse online and read emails. Very satisfied.

It is just the right size. The weight is light enough for a senior citizen. I pack it in my purse when I travel. It operates just like my cell phone. I really like this device. I can do emails and play games. It replaces my laptop and it is really handy when I travel.

It's basically exactly what you would expect. It's an ipad, it's smaller than the regular ipad and it had the same hardware as the ipad mini 3 but without the fingerprint scanner. If you don't need the scanner gimmick then just go with the mini 2 and save some money.

Great mini tablet,light weight,powerful and great speed.Bought it as a gift my my father-in law and he absolutely loves it.

I can even put into words how much I luv this device. My son bought this for me for Mother's Day and it does everything my computer does. I do my schoolwork on it and my daily tasks and watch movies with HD. I can now use this as a mic to record my lectures and pair it with livescribe Echo and livescribe 3 pens. The only complaint I have is you can't use a memory card and you have to purchase the iPad mini in either 16 or 32 gb and there was a $200 difference and didn't want my son spending all that money on me. I miss the memory card days when u cud store more stuff on it instead of having to pay extra $200 to upgrade ur device for more memory. It's not like Apple isn't getting enough profits these days.

Bought 2 of these as gifts for my friends kids and they loved them of course. Smaller than the regular iPad so it's more mobile and easier to carry around but with all the features of a regular iPad.

Great! I bought it to take to class instead of my laptop. It does more than I expected. It's light and powerful. Perfect.

Wish I had purchased one years ago! Like the size fro travel and it's very fast.

The iPad mini with Retina is the perfect sized tablet for every day use. Its not too big (like the standard iPad) and the Retina display makes the screen look amazing. The only things I wish it had were actual GPS and the fingerprint scanner feature of my iPhone 5S.

While I don't see the air 2 as a significant upgrade to the air 1, it is much faster and lighter than earlier versions.
