Exactly as advertised - mini size and weight with amazing retina display. Only thing to be careful of is the case - some regular iPad mini cases don't fit due to the extra fraction of an inch of thickness on this device vs. the non-retina mini.

Really tired of all the kid tablets that never live up to the promise. So when narrowed it down I think this iPad mini have a good price and its Apple so it does everything iOS does. And it's the right size for my kids. They love them.

Best adult toy ever. Would not consider any brand but Apple. Mini is aperfect size, is fast and intuitive.

I also have the big one, but for traveling the mini is perfect, this is fast and sleek looks so cool too!

Wanted a device that was small but of high quality to capture videos and pics of my performances and family outings. It is more convienent to carry around than my macbook since it is light and small. The camera is great!!

Love this iPad mini! Get the Retina, it makes a difference! i've owned 2 previous in the full size, but really like the portability of the mini. it fits in my purse, it's bigger than my iphone so it's easier to read, but not too bulky to carry. loved it so much, i bought one for my mom for mother's day!

Although I have had a great experience with my second generatin iPad, it was time to experience superior speed and screen clarity. I have added cellular service and couldn't be happier. Apple is my choice for ease of use and dependability.

We really enjoy our Ipad. It is compact enough to travel with and we enjoy hours of use with each charge

My wife has used her iPad 2 almost daily since Christmas 2011. I updated it with the iPad Mini 2 this Christmas and she loves it even more. The compact size fits easily in her purse, she uses it to play games and listen to music while on the exercise bike. All in all, a very nice upgrade for her.

Bought it for my husband for Christmas because no other tablet supports the volleyball stats app that he needs for his team. High quality and works great, but once again Apple finds a way to make it impossible to use any other product.

Already have an I-pad bought this for the wife to have as her own. Works fantastic! runs quick, easy to setup. My 20 month old also loves to watch nursery rhyme video and games. Gets thrown around the house and keeps ticking. Good buy.

I'm sure I have nothing to say that hasn't already been said, but this is a great device, all around. We use it mostly for kid apps and browsing the web, shopping, etc., but it's more than ready to handle anything we've thrown at it (and it vastly outperforms our old iPad 3 it was replacing — probably the worst-performing iPad they ever made). And thanks to Best Buy, we got it for an excellent price around the week of Black Friday.
