What can i say, "Its an Apple iPad mini". These devices are always excellent purchases. Great buy. With BBY starting to add Apple Care into their program purchases. You got the best of both worlds GeekSquad and AppleCare.....nice!!

Had the original iPad mini however was having trouble with it after I had the screen repaired. Decided to get the mini 2 since it has the retina display. Seems to be easier to see screen outside in sun than with the original. It is a great tablet. Best Buy order online to pick up in store was very convenient. Picking it up at store was very quick and easy.

I bought this for my wife. She absolutely loves it. She complained that my Ipad was too big for her to use easily. So for our anniversary I bought her the mini. She can't say enough about it. She constantly uses it for everything, from games to recipes, social networking and work. It's been a great gift that I know she's happy with, which makes me happy.

I love my iPad mini w/ Retina. The screen display is amazing, simply stunning, however it does attract fingerprints and if you like a clean screen like I do, you'll find yourself cleaning it frequently (I need to invest in a screen protector). The small size is perfect for leisurely browsing the net at home or during travel. If you plan on storing pictures/video/music on your iPad, I would suggest one w/ more memory as those items tend to slowly eat away at your available memory. Also, if you plan on using it for business purposes, I might suggest the full sized iPad, but like I said, I strictly use my mini for leisure and love the smaller size.

I was on the fence as to whether I NEEDED an iPad at all, since I have an iPhone. But what I found is that they are quite compatible, symbiotic even. The larger screen compared to the iPhone for reading, surfing the web, or watching videos is so much larger and now my iPhone battery lasts longer because I can rely on it for using it as, well... a phone. The iPad is fast and the screen resolution is superb. It's not a PC and it's not a laptop, but for what it is I think it sits at or near the top of the class. As with all Apple products, I do find them to be a bit heavy on the pricing, but not so disproportionate to quality or value that I won't exclude them from consideration. I would also love to see them one day add a port to allow us to add memory cards. I understand their philosophy... and then again, I don't.

My 10 yr old daughter is very advanced so the tablet I got her for Christmas wasn't nearly as efficient as this. Great camera and video, speed over WiFi is wonderful. Best birthday gift ever, helps her to be more engaged in the extra credit work that is available online!

Nice and compact. Love that you can hold it upright with one hand. Light weight good for traveling or just lounging around. Screen is crisp and same specs as the larger iPad Air.
