I bought this for my daughter when she moved into her own place for internet access. she wanted the Mini so she'd be able to carry it in her pocketbook. I have the iPad 2 and was amazed at the difference in the screen resolution and the speed of this newer model. This is a great product, just like you'd expect from Apple.

Love it. Love it. Love it. I have 2iPods, an iPad 2 & wanted an iPad mini 2. It is smaller, easier to carry around & everything was easy to carry over from my other devices. I really wanted it to read my library books on. I am so happy I chose iPad mini 2 over a kindle. Best buy is my go to store. Everyone is extremely helpful.

The iPad mini is the PERFECT size for my daily commute and when relaxing at home. It small enough to bring anywhere and big enough to really get the full experience. As a side note: This edition (iPad mini 2) is almost identical to the newer edition, except this does not have the finger recognition. In my opinion, not needed.

This is good, especially if you're looking for something a little smaller than an iPad. Easy to use and works well as long as you have a good wifi connection.

Easy to use since we come from a family of Apple products! Convenient and works for what we want it to do. Retina display is perfect and allows for vivid picture quality. Fast processor. Can't complain much about it.

Don't like Apple laptops but when it comes to tablets and phones Apple is the way to go. The only thing i dont like is the fact that it doesn't have a microsd slot for extended memory. :( Other than that I really like the retina display and the performance. Replaced a Samsung tab 3 10" I had for a week. Didn't like it because of the performance. Doesn't reapond as good as my ipad mini. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful screen upgrade and fast processor in a compact format.

This is my 2nd Retina Mini, other is my 32GB. This is only 16GB, but for kids it is OK, I say OK because you can manage the 16GB, but they really should come with 32GB Minimum or have an SD slot. Games do add up kind of fast, and heaven forbid they have any movies on there! That said it is the best, smoothest, fastest way to have a tablet for kids or adults. It works better than any tablet that I have tried which is 10+. It is durable with a lifeproof case on it, but I would want to push it giving a kid a raw naked iPad, yet alone any tablet. My kids use this more than the Leapad and the games are way cheaper on the ipad so in the long run I will get my money's worth here. The fact that I can facetime with my kids is pretty nice too.

Bought a second one after the first one seams to be occupied most of the time. Both are keeping up battery wise with the kids. Still impressed with ease of use.

I bought the iPad Mini 2 for my wife who had an iPad 2. I bought it for here because she was saying that the iPad 2 though great was too bulky for her to carry around. When she got her iPad Mini 2 she loved it! Right size and weight for her. The Retina display was beautiful. My wife is happy, I'm happy. It was a great buy!

I own an iPhone so the interface is exactly the same. It's very easy to use, light weight and portable. I use it mainly browse the Internet. Sometimes I will take pictures. It's easy to use and fun.

Better screen ,better camera ,and a fast proccesor

I have been in love with Apple since the beginning and this product is nothing less the perfect. I do everything from talking to people on the other side of the world to writing essays for college. And the apps are amazing. Also for 16 gb there is a lot of space for the ok amount and the battery is very proficient.
