I love the iPad mini with retina display. The screen looks great and it's easy to use. If your familiar with apple products you'll love the iPad mini because of the simplicity in its design , it's super fast and feels comfortable in your hands. The size is perfect and it's capable of doing anything the larger iPad can do.

Bought the iPad mini with retina display for my wife. She loves the size, bright clear display and length of charge.

I'm not an apple fan-boy, but after having just used a cheap android tablet for about a year, I now look forward to use of the iPad mini. I didn't know it was a 2nd generation model until this review, got it as a gift, but it is definitely a well made device. So far I haven't junked it up with too many apps, so it is running very fast, and the battery lasts forever. I'm sure that will change as I add stuff. But definitely as step up from the cheap android tablets.

Perfect size for travel compared to larger iPad. Zippy performance and awesome screen. Well worth the upgrade.

Great product, now even better, finally the mini is perfected with a retina display. A7 processor is very fast, same speed as iPhone 5s . I originally thought that the mini was a pointless compromise between the iPod and the iPad. However, I bought one for my wife and have now found my own iPad to be over-sized and bulky. The iPad mini's screen is only a little too small, but the sound is better than my iPad's and the keyboard is so much easier to use.

Took the iPad on a month-long journey to Europe, after owning it only one week, and found it was easy to use. Put it through all of its paces for that month and it came through unbelievably great!!!! Purchased and watched movies, took and e-mailed photos home, used the maps to get around. So much more to use, but we were so happy with our purchase.

We got the iPad mini because we waned a tablet we could take almost everywhere with us. Compact size makes it easy to hold on to. Screen has a beautiful display and is still big enough to see what your looking at with great detail. Connected easily with all of our other Apple products. Quality item. We also put it In a lifeproof case so it will take abuse.

If you have small children and are willing to supervise their activity this is great because it offers all the same as the larger iPad but in a size they can handle. The price is steep but the quality will last, especially with the cases you can get. I've tried other tablets that weren't Apple and they don't meet quality or continued support like Apple can offer. If you can afford it in the beginning it's worth every penny with out a doubt.

Light and easy to carry around. Fits great in a satchel and is easy to use for college and school.

The size, weight, and feel of the ipad mini is great. Nice quality. Apple can improve on the touch technology not very accurate. So far it has not disappointed me but I don't believe it will steal me away from my Samsung tabs.

My wife loves this tablet. It fits in her purse without being too bulky like the iPad Air. She had the mini before and wanted to upgrade since it is faster. We have iPhones and an iPad Air and have had zero problems with any of our apple products. She used her first mini numerous hours a day for two plus years and it still operates like new which I am confident she will get the same use and dependability from this one.

I purchased two iPad mini's for my grandfather and father to get them into the whole "tablet" world. The small size reminds them of their kindles, and made the transition easier. The iPads were easy to set up for them and they can navigate their devices much easier than the old kindles. I would recommend this product to anyone with an older family member looking to get off their computers and onto a tablet.

The Apple Mini 2 performs identically to an iPhone. I like it because I don't have to squint as much as I do when I am using my iPhone 5. I like how snappy it is when you go from website to website. I got it four weeks ago and I have absolutely no complaints. I especially like the larger view of the person you are talking to when you are doing Facetime. The review on this product in Cnet is right on.

I love the iPad 2 mini. The screen size is surprisingly not much smaller than that of a full size iPad. The processor speed is good too. The only problem I had was that Apple doesn't make it very clear on their packaging which iPads are Minis's, 2 Mini's, and so on. When I bought it the associate had to search all the iPads and scan the barcodes to find the 2 Mini because the box doesn't say the model name.
