The iPad mini has a great display, is very lightweight and has a better camera and more memory than my iPad2.

This was just what we needed. This works perfectly to take on trips. We watch movies and check out interesting things about our destination. Perfect amount of GBs and perfect size for traveling.

The Apple iPad mini 2 is a fantastic product that is user friendly and with 32 GB of memory it has the capacity to accommodate your needs. The device is fast and responsive. Wifi connectivity is great, produces great photos & the size makes it easy to travel with. Fantastic Bestbuy price.

I thought because I had an iPhone and a MacBook Pro, that an iPad would be useless to me. Boy was I wrong! I've been using the iPad a lot, it has essentially replaced my iPhone in some ways, and my Macbook Pro in some ways, but I still use my MacBook and my iPhone heavily. What I'm getting at is that having an iPad isn't useless. I've been using it for reading the news, taking notes, playing games, and doing basic internet browsing/emailing. It is perfect for that. The battery life is very impressive as well, especially since I was expecting it to be similar to my iPhone. I recommend the iPad mini 2. It is a perfect size, as I think the iPad air is too big. There is no point in getting the iPad mini 3, since all you get is the fingerprint scanner and the option to get the gold color, neither of which I think are worth the extra $$.

I love this new iPad with the Retina because it fits much better in my bag and allows me to be on the go easier (and lighter.) I just tether it to my phone and I am able to use it just the same as my old one with the data plan, love it! Bought this as an open box item and it was in perfect condition! Great purchase!

I debated getting an iPad for awhile because of the cost. I just got my first Apple product (MacBook Air) in September, and wasn't sure I needed an iPad. Since then, I've found so many uses for it, from listening to podcasts in the airport and on the train, reading pdf articles for school and books for fun, having recipes at hand in the kitchen, keeping track of knitting patterns. The uses are really endless, even without having 4G (which I don't).

This iPad mini is ideal on size & big on feature! It is very intuitive & user friendly making it easy to use.

I purchased this tablet for my 5 year old to access her online homework as well as to learn from educational apps. I've had the tablet for over 6 months and have not had any issues. Battery life is great, it is quick to respond to commands and light enough for a small child to hold.

I have many Apple devices and this was an upgrade for my 7 yr old. The iPad mini 2 is able to get all the same iOS 9 updates that the iPad Air 1 is able to get (everything except split screen) this was a pleasant surprise and my son was excited to see the new things that his new iPad could do. Great price for the 32gb. 16gb hasn't been enough for any of my children for their iPods or iPads so to get the extra memory at a minimal price was great.

I traded my iPad 3 with retina screen in for a retina screen iPad mini and I am not looking back. I love the light weight and smaller screen. It is still a great size for browsing the internet while on the coach or watching a movie on the airplane or at the hotel. I love that I can handle it easily with one hand.

Use the Ipad mini for displaying lyrics while playing on stage at church. Works great as it is light enough to clip to the music or mic stand. Also link to my home PC for doc storage and use.

I truly love my new IPad Mini2. The only difference between the 2 & 3 is the finger ID. I did not think that feature to be a deal breaker & opted for the value pricing of the 2. @ 32GB I will have plenty of space for my apps. This IPad also has the pages app -along with a few other Apple apps that came free with the device. I previously had the full size IPAD 2 generation...which I had outgrow w/only 16GB of storage and the need for software upgrades.

As a mobile developer, I buy a lot of different tablets. One month I'm all about the Android tablets, and another time I'm coveting a Windows 8 tablet. But every year or so, Apple updates the iPad to a point where I have to get one to stay current. And, when that happens, I take it out of the box, and I can't believe how much BETTER it is than all the other hardware I've been using. The form-factor, the fit and finish, the materials, battery life, app selection... There's a REASON you pay more for iPads: they are just better by every metric. That said, this is the best iPad I've yet owned. It's fast, light and beautiful. If you can afford it, this is the tablet you should get. What's that you say? "There must be SOME problem with it?" Well, to be completely honest, I read a lot of e-books and digital comics, and, frankly, the smaller screen of the mini just doesn't do it for me. (Especially for comics.) So, if you are an e-book/comic reader, spend some time with a friend's mini before you make the plunge. And if you don't like the size, get an iPad 2 or iPad Air.
