Very lightweight and powerful enough to run many aps and games- great for kids!

Every member of my family owns an Apple tablet. This model was purchased as a gift. if you plan on loading a bunch of apps without using the cloud, I would recommend the 32 Gb. Excellent product. And get a good case. All of our tablets are beautifully protected by hand tooled leather cases made by Oberon Design .

The retina display is extremely clear and faster than my second gen ipad it replaced.

You can't go wrong with an iPad! Perfect size and lighter than the full size iPad.

After going back and forth for months on what tablet to buy and what size to get, I finally settled on the Ipad mini 32GB. I got the retina display but am not sure if it was worth it to pay the additional money for it, but everyone seems to think it's worth it and I have nothing to compare it to so I guess I'll never know. I got the mini for portability reasons and am very satisfied with the screen size and the weight. It's easy to use and I love the simple interface. One thing I am not a fan of is the lack of expandable memory. I paid almost $100 extra for 16 additional GB's of storage space, which is ridiculous. IMO, that's what sets Android up a step from the Ipad systems. Sound is also better than my last tablet, however I'm not sure if this is a good comparison because that tablet was four years old. Anyway, I'm satisfied with this product and will be using it for years to come.

I think this is a wonderful device for young adults or other folks who want a usable mobile device. It is smaller than ipad air, so it is very lightweight, the display is beautiful, and the sound quality is very good. The performance is smooth and there are no lags. So if you are using it for watching videos or for web browsing, it offers a very very appealing user experience.

I love the IPod and it's been very user friendly. It's a great size, has a great camera - would recommend it to anyone considering making an iPad purchase. The 32 gb also is well worth the money too.

I bought this for my 10 year old so that she could make videos for musically and for her schoolwork. She loves that it is very user friendly and that the camera takes very good still photos and videos! No lagging when she makes videos.

The battery life is amazing and the display is way better than other tablets.

Had ipads before and bought one for my grandsons 8th birthday. He loves it.

My previous tablet was Nexus 7 2013, which in my opinion, was the perfect tablet for my needs. My son took over it, however, and I needed a tablet for my school (PDF files, PowerPoint, etc), and, um, Netflix of course. BB had iPad Mini 2s on sale, so I purchased one. I didn't regret it. As a primarily Android user, I had to learn using iOS for a bit. But it didn't take long. iOS is definitely different, but not much worse or better. Its performance is outstanding; it's very responsive. However, since this is an older generation, it shows its age. Some of the more demanding apps, like games, randomly close themselves and throw me to the home screen. Not a big deal for me as I don't really play mobile games. But if you do, consider getting the later generation with more powerful processor.

Great product easy use...great camera...would recommend to all my friends

My daughter is autistic. She is entertained and educated through her iPad. The Chromebooks have worked well for our other kids who need access to flash based websites. But Apple has the best special needs tablets, bar none. Pricey compared to Android tablets but worth the cost for our daughter.

My grandson loves this iPad mini. It's a great size and and good price.
