This is my first mini and a great iPad and tablet overall. I have owned three other iPad versions and am very happy with their ease of use, nice graphics, and reliability. I'm sorry that Apple is on their 5th generation iPad but still has not installed a file manager. Audio is lacking if you are not using speakers and want to watch a video. The great thing about the Mini is that it really is the perfect size for me. I do a lot of reading and play a few board games on mine and it is almost perfect in it's size. Only the Nexus 7 is better, in my opinion.

I am absolutely in love with this iPad. I like that it's small and can fit in my handbag. The color screen is amazing and the price was perfect. I expect to have this tablet for a long time. Apple has really great products!

Great iPad! Love the mini screen with retina display. May not be as fast or powerful as the iPad mini 4, but for the savings in price well worth the purchase and don't notice the difference between the two models.

I was looking for a tablet that could fit into my white coat pocket and this product has exceeded my expectations. It is relatively light, fits perfectly into the pocket, has a great amount of memory space, and the battery lasts for a long time. I'm very happy I bought this!

The iPad mini fits in the hand very nicely but still has a large enough touchscreen to be very viewable. Great for travel, much lighter weight than my iPad Air and iPad Air 2, certainly much less weight than my first gen iPad. The mini makes a great gift too. I give it 5 stars for the hardware. But beware Apple software like iTunes and others have bugs, design flaws and not getting better. Recommend you update iOS on a Mac via iTunes but keep earlier versions dmg files on hand in case you need to go back to an earlier iOS version. Apple is notorious for releasing iOS updates full of bugs, like the WiFi bug in 10.0.1, as just one example. Jony Ive is a great industrial designer of objects, but when it comes to software that is not his forte.

I needed something very portable for work and this does the job. It's the right size for me and I can easily store it in my car. I have everything I need right at my fingertips.

The ipad mini was everything I was looking for. Absolutely no complaints, worth every penny. If you plan on putting any movies on it at all I would suggest to get at least the 32 gb if not larger. I'm glad I didn't get the 16 for sure.

Bought this for my daughter to replace her ipad 2. Now she no longer use her laptop, ipad, android for school , games, and internet browsing. The processor is fast, the display is so awesome, the whole product itself is just wonderful!!!

We have been using an iPad for a few years and were looking for an iPad mini. After weeks of shopping around, Best Buy had the lowest price available for the 32G model. The item was listed as open box but came Geek Squad certified. It arrived quickly in brand new condition and in its original packaging, with everything that was supposed to be included.

This iPad mini is Great. A compact size, excellent for carrying it around everywhere I go. The screen is a redina display which is great as well for movies, checking emails, or just surfacing the web. This is a great deal for the price and the upgraded memory to thirty two gig instead of the sixteen. You can share this with any other apple device in the apple ecosystem, like your music, photo's, and video's

I am pleased overall with the purchase. I especially like the display quality and the lightness of the unit. It is just the right size to handle when traveling and provides the necessary tools for entertainment and work (if necessary).
