Very fast iPad, great speed, great battery life, very happy

The new IPAD is a wonderful lightweight upgrade to the original IPAD. The functionality is great and although it is much smaller than the original it is easy to use and the clarity of the display is amazing. So glad we upgraded.

I've had a iPad 2 for 4 years. After IOS 8 update install it slowed it down to an annoying speed. I wondered if I would be happy with the mini and I can say that it has been great. It has features that help you with small print, etc. Choose the mini 2 because it had the 32GB model and that was all I needed. I have enjoyed this iPad very much.

I love the size, great for my child to play with and easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. Easy to use and getting familiar is pretty straight forward. Price was fair.

I wanted something larger than iPhone, but smaller than regular iPad for sitting on couch surfing web, catching up on emails, playing games, etc. The iPhone 6plus seemed too big for me to carry around as a phone. The iPad mini 2 fit the bill perfectly. It wasn't worth the price difference for me to go to the iPad mini 3 just for the touch sensor.

great ipad and better size than I anticipated.. I had the iPad 3 and it's definitely a change moving to the mini but it's a lot faster and it's so much easier to take on the go

I have a 3 year who is pretty proficient with a tablet. The mini 2 is fast enough and compact enough for his little hands. Games, YouTube, pbs kids, and learning apps....perfect. Battery last forever too.

Put a lifeproof case on this tablet and its awesome for the boat. We currently use it as our backup navigation and for playing music to the bluetooth speakers. Perfect size for travel, playing movies on the plane is great. Do not get 16gb version, it fills too fast.

I bought the iPad mini when I was headed for a stay in the hospital because it was easier to use than my older full sized iPad. It was easy to share all the apps and games to the new iPad and also download my iTunes library so I didn't have to bring an iPod as a separate device. Apple is simply the class of the field on tablets.

There are many reasons the iPad is the standard by which all other tablets are measured and also the best selling device. The more meaningful ones: unmatched build quality, superb performance, remarkable display, seamless integration with other devices, industry-best resale value, etc., etc. I could go on and on. Of course, different people have their own preferences and are free to purchase whatever they want. But when all factors are considered, whether it's this Mini or the full-sized version, the best overall tablet experience is the iPad. All the great deals going on already this Christmas season at Best Buy and elsewhere make it a great time to buy one for yourself or as a gift. Remember, no one will ever tell you that you made a mistake by buying an iPad!

It's safe to say that Apple makes a solid product 95% of the time. That is the case with the Apple ipad 2 mini. The mini is a great product for someone who is looking for a small tablet, that's fast, reliable, and overall easy to use. I looked at both the mini 3 and mini 4. Yes the 4 is a little better but to me not worth the price difference. And when compared to the 3 there it literally is the same product. If you are a IOS user already then stay with Apple and get this product.

This is a great product from Apple. I have owned all of the iPads and this is my favorite by far . Beautiful screen , lightweight .
