I went from the Original iPad to the iPad 2 to the iPad Mini with Retina and have to say I immediately noticed a big difference in between the display and the quality. It was also easier to restore my iPad Mini from the backup I had in iCloud already. The total time from unboxing to use was less then 30 minutes. I love how fast it charges in comparison to my old iPad 2. I love the lightweight feel in my hands but I don't feel like the weight or size has made it any easier to break in fact I think the newer back has helped it. It connects up really fast with my hotspot on my iPhone when I need to use it on the go.

I have a larger laptop, but was getting tired of seeing it hanging around all day, since I retired. I decided to purchase the iPad mini because of it size and portability. I also bought the Apple cover. One of the best purchases I've made! It is so small and light, I carry it around the house during the day. The battery seems to last forever and I love how it wakes up instantly when you open the cover and shuts off just as quickly by closing the cover. I do use my laptop first thing in the morning, while having my coffee, but the rest of the day I carry this with me. If you're looking for something larger than your phone and lighter than a laptop, this could a good choice for you.

I was using a Kindle Fire previously and it was getting old and not very fast when surfing the web. My new iPad mini2 is awesome! I like that it's not as big as a regular iPad, it's perfect for reading in bed and not too bulky to prop in my lap. It's fast, all the same great apps and such as my iPhone. I just love it!

This is my second ipad mini. Apple has really improved it by adding the retina display. Everything is crystal clear! I have no problems with my new device - the size is perfect, decent battery life, light weight.

We're not new to apple products so the functionality is known, and valued. This, however, is our first Mini, and very happy with it. The size is really great. Not too small, definitely not too big. Works well. Kids have enjoyed, everyone is happy. Getting 32 over 16 is a no brainer. 16GB is not enough. This one is right.

This is my 3rd IPAD since 2nd generation, I think this one is the best because it´s thin and small, you can take it to anywhere you want and don't have to see that pixels like in the first mini generation. The only difference to the 3rd generation is the button and the processor, I prefer save money and take this one

As usual, Apple has produced a cool, reliable AND stable product. The 2nd generation iPad mini is AWESOME! The smaller footprint is nice and easy to travel with. With 32 Gigs of storage, there's plenty of space for photos, games, apps, etc. I highly recommend picking one up if you considering a tablet type device.

My phone is my safe haven to stay up to date with family and friends. If you have a toddler, you run the risk of phone damage or loss of photos or apps. You run the same risks but there's a less chance of that happening with a device as big as the iPad Mini 2. Well, this device is great because it is much bigger than a phone. The larger screen provides endless entertainment for children until it's time for bed, of course! This device is Wi-Fi capable, which makes it a carry-on for traveling as well. It is not heavy like a laptop but it has the same capabilities as a laptop. You can connect a printer via Wi-Fi to print from your iPad as well. Downloading iPrint via the App Store allows me to print wirelessly. I would recommend this device to friends and family because it acts as a laptop, especially since I am currently approaching graduation. The capabilities are much like the iPhone but the size offers a great reading, viewing, or playing experience. I also recommend buying a Zagg Folio Keyboard Case along with this purchase. I did and I do not regret it. Happy Purchasing!

My wife purchased this to use on a business trip so she wouldn't have to take our laptop. She was very happy with it, in that regard. However, we also use it at home for web browsing and our toddler enjoys it, as well. It's easy to use and its size also makes it convenient as it doesn't take up a lot of space.

The iPad mini 32gb is just perfect for me. It's lighter than my big Ipad and fits nicely in my purse. It does everything a larger iPad does, just a little smaller. I make the font size bigger to compensate for the small type when reading books. 32gb is a must if you want to take video or download TV/movies.

What can we say......It's an APPLE....not a LEMON. Yes, seriously, this is an awesome piece of technology. I'm impressed with the size and the performance. I actually have the full size iPad as well, and I really like the Mini, plus I didn't know how much until I got it and started using it!!!

I bought this ipad mini2 retina display during thanksgiving for $275 32gb. The ipad is cool and the battery lasts forever. I feel like mini is perfect size for FaceTime, videos and reading. :) true smart phones like 6 plus are getting close to 6 inches these days but they also cost 3 times as much.

I love the fact that all 3 apple devices (Air, Mini and 5s) in my home run on the same platform. I purchased this mini as a second tablet so everyone in the home has an Apple device. The A7 processor is lightning fast, the display is brilliant and I am enjoying the smaller size without sacrificing image quality!

I work in it and have to work with all of the devices that users may have. I chose this as my is devIce. Just a little to wide to fit in my back pocket but still a good size. I am not a fan of any of the larger pads I just find them too large. The processor is fast and the operation of the device is buttery. Battery life is excellent and os much better than my nexus 7. I would recommend this device for anyone. Yes I only gave 4 stars because it is my belief that 5 stars should be reserved for the best of the best and this isn't quite there

I have a 4th gen iPad. The original mini and the new mini retina. I like all of them but this one is quickly becoming my favorite. It's light and easy to handle. Very portable and powerful. The new display is much better than the older mini. I have my 4th gen iPad in a fabricskin keyboard case and use it like a mini laptop. The first mini is my 4 year olds and she loves it in a versa View 360 case so she can view in portrait or landscape. I have my new mini in a apple smart case. It's the lightest setup and the retina display is easy on the eyes when reading text and surfing the web. Battery life is amazing. If you like apple and want a tablet get the mini retina.

There is nothing new to say as we all know Already, iPad mini 2 is really HD quality Ratina display, it's very fast and it's perfect tablet for small kids for their school work or games and fun stuff. It's a better deal compare to iPad mini 3 as both of them has same hardware specs.

I had an IPad Air. While I liked it, it always seemed to large for me. I really like the size of this device. Also, it was the right price, since I did not opt for the new features of the IPad Mini 4. The IPad Mini 2 has the right features, price, and size for me. I love it.

I was so against apple for a while but was tired of the slow speed of my old android tablet so decided to give this a try. I am so happy that I did. It is great, fast speeds, does everything I need it too. This purchase even got me to switch from an Android phone to the IPhone 6.
