I have a Surface RT, and a Sony android tablet. The ipad mini is a great size to carry around and works very well for reading. I can get lots of use out of a charge including watching video. The ipad is faster and a better product for leisure.

Nice to have the extra memory and the smaller size makes it easier to carry with you to more places. Great having the same resolution as the larger iPad, makes pixel density higher.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my son and he loves it!

I had an iPad 3 before purchasing and iPad mini and love the size! Very light, thin while still having a great sized screen. Only type of tablet I'll ever buy!

I bought this mainly for my 2 year old daughter so she would stop wanting my iPhone. She has all her educational games on it. We can put movies on it as well. Easy for her to hold. The volume is a little quiet.

So, so thrilled with my new iPad! I originally bought it for games, which it's awesome for, but it is also great for taking notes at meetings with the Apple keyboard, especially when I don't want to carry a heavy laptop. I also use it for presenting PowerPoints. It's everything I wanted in a tablet, and more!

I bought this to replace a Note 8.1. So far I'm very happy with the swap. The iPad is easier to hold, has a great display, and comparable battery life.

Got to love an easy to cary version of the iPad. Great battery life, awesome display, and the operating system that we all know. It good for anyone that needs to email and browse the net too.

It was easy to set up. It is about the size of a book so it fits into my purse with no problem. I love the apps on it ( i.e., Facetime, Podcasts, etc). So glad I got it. The price was right too.

This is my 3rd ipad and my favorite so far. At first I wasn't sure I would like the smaller size but it is the perfect size. Still easy to see and use and much easier to take with you.

Bought two of these to replace a first generation iPad and an iPad2. I love the powerful capabilities and even better the portability as I travel between homes in California and China.

I enjoy my iPad mini, I had IPad 2 and liked it but I really enjoy the size of the mini, very portable and was an excellent purchase, I'm buying one for my daughter for Christmas

My wife uses this to study for her licensing test. Very conveniant to use. Great for searching the web and using apps. Small enough to carry in her purse. Great for light use

Retina mini iPad is lightweight and very thin. User friendly interface makes it easy for toddlers and kids to negotiate and to use. Plenty of memory at 64gb and it was on sale!

I had the original iPad mini and loved it. Got the newest one and love it even more. This one is faster and the picture is brighter and clearer. I wouldn't buy anything else.

I bought this ipad mini with retina display for my daughter's birthday present. The screen size is perfect, battery life is excellent as well as the retina display.
