Batter y life is fantastic as is the display. Charges quick and is definitely the best to date. Sound could be a little better but compared to other iPads still good.

Mini is the perfect size to carry with me. Fits easily in my purse. Light weight. Of course it's an iPad so it works great. I would recommend it to everyone.

I like the size of the ipad Mini and how easy is to use it. I think that the Retina Display is overated. I asked a salesperson to help me understand the difference between the Retina and the regular displays and it was hard even for him to highlight the differences on the screen. Only the letters seem to have some sort of difference once you magnify the size.

bought this primarily for travel. very portable but still you get the muscle of the regular ipad. i l also got this on sale, so i cant be any happier!!

I actually bought this for my nephew who is a collage freshman. He needed it to access the internet on campus without having to carry his laptop around all of the time. He also uses it to download and play music. His roommate has a bluetooth keyboard that he can use to type documents. It also has a camera that takes excellent quality photographs. I personally have used Apple products for many years and would use nothing else. The iPad mini has tons of memory packed into a smaller size than a traditional iPad and works fine if you do not need a larger screen.

No need to repeat what a great product it is. Bought one for myself along with this one, which is a gift for a relative. Light, fast, convenient.

I was a day one iPad user. I dont think a day went by without me using the iPad. I bought the iPad 4 back in May, and it was with me all the time. I use it for Airplay on Apple TV, comic books, watching videos at lunch, twitter, games, and some surfing. One Friday, I accidentally left it at work. Instead of driving back through traffic to get it, I went to BB and bought the mini. I have not used the 4 ever since. I got the 64GB version, and absolutely love it. Size is a bit small for comics, but the ability to hold it in one hand more than makes up for it.

After using the iPad for many years, I wanted a tablet that was smaller and easy to travel with and the iPad mini with retina display fits the bill perfectly. It's my go to gadget. I find using it more so than my MacBook Air for quick reference stuff such as, Contacts, Calendar, email and quick documents etc. My one issue seems to be the battery life. I am not getting the advertised number of hours. Disabled all the stuff that continue to use battery but although it's reasonable, it seems to diminish faster that expected. Great product otherwise.

Upgraded from an ipad 3. Was waiting for the retina display on the mini. I prefer the size of the mini. Easier to hold and every bit as fast .

Great size that fits in my purse. Has enough memory to download essential movies to keep kids occupied when we are out. It is easy to use.

I upgraded my old iPad Mini to the new model with retina display. Immediately I noticed that the resolution is much improved. I can adjust the font size in iBooks to the smallest setting and the letters are still crisp and clear, not blurred together or showing the pixel dots. The new iPad Mini also is faster and that makes it nicer to use, more responsive than the old one. One issue that I noticed is the Retina model uses the battery faster than the non-retina model, so I need to charge the device more often than before.

I love it! It is small and light so I can put the iPad mini in my purse. I love the extra space so my students can make imovies.

We think this is the perfect size. It's easy to set up and use. We think the color is great and buttons in coincident places.

The vibrant color and speed make it fun to play games and surf the web. Love having more storage for books a d photos.

This is my first "i" product. I am learning to use different apps on the pad, and I like the convenience of a non-bulky, wireless device that is easy to read. I do wish more of the available apps were explained in greater detail. I am sure there are a lot more out there that I would like.

I had the large Ipad and opted to get the mini one. I love both but mini is much easier to handle. Love it!!

Better picture and faster than the original mini overall great for watching movies or searching the web.

It does most of what my laptop can do and it fits in my purse. It's very light and pretty easy to use.
