Bought the mini 2 as I didn't need fingerprint recognition and I'm glad I did. Was able to get 128GB to future-proof as much as possible given the processor is the same as the mini 3. Highly recommend this over the mini 3!

Liked the size of the mini as I already had wifi only version. This was a great deal with more space and allowed me to score son's baseball game and transmit to others with cellular. Great battery life and HD screen a plus

Ipad mini is fast, super light and the battery lasts a long time lots of storage too.

This iPad has plenty of storage for offline, connectivity through multiple avenues, and is light to carry. I had a full size iPad previously and find this one to be even better because it is so light and portable

I upgraded from a Ipad 2 (classic), which I gave to an older relative to use for audiobooks and the like. The reduced size and weight is perfect for travel and putting in a purse (my primary reasons for purchasing this particular model) and the retina screen is clear and crisp. I love the fact that Siri is available on this model, making texting and emailing much quicker. The camera seems to be markedly improved from my previous model.

As most people would agree...Apple iPads are well designed and user friendly; but when you add 128 gigs of memory and cellular capabilities it allows so much more. I bought this for a trip to Europe and it exceeded my expectations! It had enough capacity to store my music, apps, a whole season of Game of Thrones (watched on the long plane and train rides), and 1000+ pictures and 20+ videos I took on the trip. The cellular capability also allowed me to buy a pay as you go cellular plan, so I also had internet access in Europe too. The Pano picture taking option was also very valuable too because it allowed me to capture many places as a panoramic image that my SLR camera could not.

I am really enjoying this iPad Mini Retina with 128GB of space. I had the iPad 1, and I still have the iPad 3 with Retina, but I wanted something alot more portable for my trips overseas and to keep track of the various work I do. This thing was the perfect size for my jeans, cargo shorts, and jackets for putting them in any of the pockets. I have not noticed any of the issues others have talked about in regards to the screen so maybe newer batches have fixed whatever issues that were there. I use this thing for a multiple amount of things and so far after a month or so it has met and passed all of my expectations!

I have owned several iPads and an iPhone 4, 5 and 6. The form factor of the iPad mini is easy to hold and excellent to travel with. The size is perfect! I would also highly suggest the iPad mini cover.

After buying my iPad mini 128 gig (at a sweet price) I can honestly say it is totally worth it! Fast, reliable and the retina display is great!

This smaller iPad has a nice Retina display and is a perfect size for everyday use. Fits easily in a purse or small bag.

This is my second Ipad. I wanted more memory and the retina display and my daughter was using her Iphone since her computer died, for everything on line, so I gave my old Ipad to her. We both love the convenience and ease of using the Ipad mini.

It is small but has a large memory. Great visuals. It is very responsive and easy to use. The price was even better than Apple. It was ordered for me and I received it before I even expected it. The staff helped me get it set up and ready to go!

Much lighter and more compact than original iPad. I can carry it in my purse all the time.

I upgraded my wife's first gen ipad mini to this one. I got a great deal on this second gen one. She had a 16gb one and was always out of space. Found this one with 128 gb and it was such a graet deal I could not pass it up. The space issue is gone for sure and the retina display makes it even more sweet.

I researched these a long time; full size iPad vs. mini vs. laptop 13.3" MacBook. Son's iPad Air full size is too big for me to hold in one hand & navigate with other. iPhone is great as a smart phone but it gets old fast trying to see a tiny product picture or get entire item description to fit AND be readable on the small screen while shopping. This is perfect for my needs. The MacBook may have won out if I did not already have an iMac but can accomplish anything I need it to do between my iPhone, iMac & iPad mini 2. When I want to lounge around, use a device first thing in AM to check email, etc, carry it in my luggage or briefcase, this is perfect!

Excellent quality meeting the Apple standard I've come to expect. My biggest "want" is the same as for other iPads - add USB support and allow for expanding your storage capacity. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

we originally purchased the newest model but then went with this one which is enough memory and very quick.

The mini 2 is a great tablet and makes the most sense compared to the mini 3. The only difference is a fingerprint reader. The smaller form factor allows for easy movement around the house and during travel.

I had an iPad 3 for almost 2 years and once the mini was available with LTE and retna display it became interesting. I did look into the new air but love the size and weight of the mini. And was a little concerned it might make the typefont to small to read but I was wrong. I am so happy with my iPad mini.

The 128gb has more than enough for my music and apps. I hooked it up to my wireless plan and now I don't ever have to worry about if I'm in range of wifi. The cell data model is the way to go.
