This is a very nice and compact iPad. The display and screen size is perfect. The processing speed is faster than the first-gen iPad I have. Absolutely love it and for the special sale price, it was perfect.

I originally thought I had wanted a full-sized iPad because I feared anything smaller wouldn't be much different than just using my iPhone 6. I was wrong! I went with the mini because there was a sale going on and it was already much cheaper than a full sized iPad, and I am not disappointed. It's a great size for portability, but definitely still provides the larger screen experience I was looking for. I love bringing it with me to work and being able to watch videos/Netflix during my lunch break without the added heft of dragging my laptop along with me everyday.

I brought this iPad mini for my 6yr old daughter as a Christmas present and she loves!!!! It's the perfect size for her! The picture and camera is clear and its light weight! I can even use it myself!

This tablet is amazing. Great display, long lasting battery, good size. I use it for web browsing and gaming while my girlfriend uses it for school work and we both are enjoying this product.

I love this iPad Mini 3. I started with the iPad Mini 2, then upgraded to the 2 with retina display, and now the iPad mini 3 and I have never been disappointed in any of them. While there are not many differences at all in the mini 2 and the mini 3, I have to say that I am in love with the gold color. It is also nice to have the added security of the fingerprint ID button on the 3. And the images on the screen are beautiful! I use mine for reading, surfing the web and playing games mostly and I love that I can do so much on a device that I can easily stash in my purse for transport. While Apple products are expensive, the quality can't be beat!

A product with all the Apple features. Many apps are available, user friendly, the right size (not too big) and a great screen (good for reflections). I am a downloader so my storage is quickly full. A great companion to go on the web on the run; bigger than most phones but size wise convenient to take with you (not a 15 or 17 inch screen).

Purchased this from my daughter. She had a Samsung Galaxy Tablet that she was having problems with so we upgraded to the Mini 3. Our kids are proficient with Apple products due to my iPhone. She quickly grasped the use of it. Not much to say with it other than it is a quality product and easy to get around. This unit is the Wifi only, 16GB model. The price was right when we purchased the Mini 3. If you like to use a ton of apps and record or take pictures, I would recommend going to the 32GB or larger. Oh course, there is a higher price for the larger storage, but it will be worth it because 16GB does not go very far. Highly recommend Mini 3.

Previously had 2 Kindle fire tablets and the performance on the Ipad mini is far superior. I primarily used the Kindle to read the tablet version of the wall street journal. After 5 years of fighting with the Kindle App (freeze ups, poor updates, slow performance) I gave up and bought the Ipad. This blows the Kindle away. Have had no problems with the WSJ app on the Ipad. Other performance is also superior on the ipad. Browsing is much faster and easier to navigate. Syncs seamlessly with my I phone. Plus got a great deal during a 4 hour flash sale at Best Buy. The size is just what I want for the my primary purpose or when I travel.

I own numerous Apple products. Purchased this one for my mom as a mother's day gift. She in her 80's, the size is OK for her, it's Compact/lightweight/user friendly.

was in the market for a new tablet had the samsung galaxy tab 3 before but i switch over from android to Iphone and wanted something that was the same company for my tablet i am very happy with it battery is awesome i use it all day in the company car for music using spotify and battery barely goes down and then at night after the child goes to bed and still has a good battery when i go to bed

This is my third iPad, I also have a iPhone and use a Mac air. But the mini is the perfect mix of everything rolled into one ! It's light, fast and portable.

The iPad Mini is the perfect size for just about everything. It's portable and light. The resolution is fantastic and the speed is amazing.

This is just as I expected, awesome right out of the box! Much faster than my previous model, great cameras, and easy to tote around.

Got this iPad Mini on a flash sale for $225. So worth it. It was originally $400 and the iPad Mini 2 was usually $300 or $250 at times so it made sense to go with the more recent gen. Only difference between the 2 models is touch ID which is actually pretty useful on an iPad believe it or not. Same specs as the iPad Air. It glides through iOS9 and battery life is amazing.

I use this for college, primarily as a substitute for getting physical text books. totally lightens the load in the backpack. I likely would have gone with an Android tablet, but this as purchased in a bundle that was less than the retail price of the tablet by itself. Pricing aside, its a great product.

I have been an Android fan for a long time. However, my kid wanted a mini ipad bc all her friends have it. I have stayed away from Apple products because they are always expensive. Then BestBuy has offered this mini ipad 3 for $250+tax and free delivery for 4 hours. I could not resist this once in a life time deal and bought one. LOL. There are a little bit of learning curves since I have always used Android products but it's not that bad. I like its smooth transition when swiping the screen. The graphic is very nice. I would say it is head to head with top of the like Samsung Super AMOLED screen. The only down size is it has no external memory slot. So I stuck with the limit of 16GB internal. Anyway, finger print log in is definitely a plus thing, however, I still have to enter login code after rebooting.

we bought this for my son so he could get certain apps that are specific to apple products, and to get some relief for my air 2. it is the perfect size for him to carry and has an amazingly good battery life. he uses it on our commutes, but now takes pictures of ongoing construction sites and compares them each time marking their progress. sort of made up his own game. we are very pleased with this purchase, let's hope his new galaxy S 3 holds up as well.

Don't let the size of the iPad mini fool you. I am thrilled with the size of the screen, the ease of use, and the ability to sync this with my iMac. I was used to using my iPhone for email and surfing, and the iPad mini does everything I need it to do, with a much easier screen to view. The cost of this mini allowed me to splurge and purchase the Apple product instead of a cheaper tablet that would not sync with my other Apple products.
