    After just 18 months the screen became defective. I did not drop it or damage it in any way. In fact, I always store it in a case when I'm not using it. But the other morning the screen was bad. A real bummer.

    Great, but wonky Touch ID

    I have been using my iPad every day since I bought it. So happy with my purchase! But unfortunately I have a defective one and my Touch ID's sensor is broken and isn't sensing my finger. Of course I realize this is just a defect for this iPad as I have multiple other Apple products and this has never happened. I will be taking it to an Apple store or certified repair store for a free repair since it's still within a year of purchase.

    I bought this ipad min4 several weeks ago at a very good price. The first product I received is somewhat defective, since the screen colour does not look same from area to area, cool blue at the right corner, warm red at another corner. Then very soon I received an exchange one for free. the second one works very well until now. great services.
