Compact, simple, and has all the tools I need to get my work done. The battery does die quickly but I believe that’s user based. Multiple applications would do that. Overall great buy and recommendation.

It does what I need it to do. Works nicely with the Apple Pencil. One thing is how small everything is on web but I zoom in with no problem. Not a big deal. No web lag or at least I’m not noticing. All in all it’s a perfect iPad and nice upgrade from the iPad mini 4.

Compact and light yet easily readable. I have large hands so I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to type that well but it actually is nice with a wireless keyboard.

It does the job perfectly and is super nice for occasional school use as-well. The size makes it super convenient for using in bed late at night and taking on trip.

At first, I had so much trouble going back and forth with BestBuy because my order was delayed. I talked to so many representatives and customer service and they ended up telling me that I had to pick it up or cancel my order. Apart from that, the iPad is great. It’s a bit too tiny for my hands so I would just recommend getting the new 10-inch iPad since it’s less money. I use it for school and it’s great! In January, however, my iPad started experiencing slowness. Sometimes I have to press various times on the screen for it to function but it’s temporary. I have also noted that around the edges of the screen, it lacks responsiveness, and like I said, I have to keep pressing.

It came fully charged with just a couple smudges that were cleaned. I picked the “excellent” condition and received no charger which was a bit surprising, but I already own the charger it needs so it was no big deal!

My husband admits he might have handled it a little rough, but it had a case and everything on it, so disappointed he didn't get more life out of it. Giving it 4 stars still as I have one of the exact same model that I got at the same time (purchased elsewhere) and is still fully functioning, plus he was able to get a replacement one for $350 vs. having to pay full price (thanks Best Buy!)

The new iPad Mini lands perfectly in my desired size. The display is color accurate, processor is fast, and the Starlight finish beautiful!

I had to get use to the new features like how to turn off and the new way of using the Touch ID but once I got the hang of it it’s fine. Nice size very compact. I would recommend purchasing it.
