cellular but no phone cababilities

Talked with AT&T changed my plan then only to realize that I can not use it as a phone :( I wanted to get to my old cheaper plan which I had more than 10 years but told that I can't :(. Then bought samsung s22. The reason I tried this first was because it used USB-C connection which offers very good ethernet conection. Ethernet connection through lightning is a mess. very bulky and expensive adapters that don't work after a month. As a tablet it is expensive for it's size. better to pay alittle more and buy and regular ipad. If used as a real phone would be a very good device.
