    This is my third iPad mini and it will not be my last. I love the size since I read a lot it's like holding a hardback book. I love that they've removed the button on the bottom of the front and added a small area on the side for reading your fingerprint.

    Love my mini. Great for taking with me or curling up on the couch. I use it to draw mostly in procreate. I do wish it had an OLED, but that’s not a big deal.

    Two ladies were exceptionally helpful. It look some time with Verizon but they were determined. However when they called a manager (male) for support and assistance he was rude and rude and no help
