    Excellent product. Excellent delivery. We waited weeks when ordering from another store and did not even have an estimated delivery date. We cancelled that and ordered on Best Buy and received the iPad mini in tow days.

    I recently bought an open-box iPad mini from Best Buy, and it’s been a frustrating experience. The customer service provided incorrect information about the return policy, which left me stuck with a defective item. To make matters worse, they refused to honor the return, making this my worst purchase ever. I won't be shopping here again!
