I waited to get the last iPad made and WOW! am I glad I did. It is an incredible unit with lightning fast speed and an all time camera...... GLAD I WAITED AND DELIGHTED I DID!

This was my first iPad that I bought and it's still going strong. You can't say that about a lot of electronics now days.

Durable,fast, and easily customized, I would not buy any other tablet

Camera is awesome. Has some features that can be very entertaining. You can make the pictures look very distorted. Great for a laugh. the possibilities with the Ipad are endless. So much easier than dragging around a laptop.

I love it! Works as described, easy to use, and crystal clear graphics. I do not use the cellular features so I can't review that part. I have not had any major problems with it. My only complaint is the charging cord is too short to reach my outlets. Overall this is an awesome product and great buy.

I get this ipad 3rd generation when the price go down to $405.99 and I save over $179.00 I'm happy with this device

I am enjoying figuring out all the things it can do, and I am a senior citizen. Sometimes the sound fades or becomes garbled.....usually when I've been on it a lot... SO handy, and I love that I can use it in sunlight.

Had to see what all the chatter was about. Neat device, but not an Apple cult member. Apple needs to include a bit more instruction with ALL their devices.

I am never home and I love that I can take this device anywhere I go and it works! It makes my life so much easier.

iPads are great devices but make sure that you get a great case for it

After having two previous iPad 2's and a Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 - I can confidently say this is my best tablet yet. I loved my iPad 2 - not so much on the Samsung, mainly due to the iPads ease of use and performance. The iPad 3 continues its ease of use tradition, and offers amazing clarity of text, and more vibrant photo production. I have yet to watch an hd movie on this iPad so I'm afraid I cannot comment on this aspect, nor have I tested its 4G capability as of this moment. The only downsides are its slightly heavier, and slightly thicker, both of which are noticeable - at least to me. I feel however that its a small price to pay for a tablet with such an incredible screen compared to all other tablets currently on the market, while costing not a penny more. Kudos to Apple !

I have fought buying the most recent IPAD2 because I lean towards Android products. I also have the Galaxy 7.7. I have less connection issues Better battery length Screen better viewing Camera pretty good Negative is the inability to 'go back' and switch screens and that flash is not supported which it is in the Galaxy 7.7.

This is great. Everything on it is amazing. NOthing legitimate to complain about. I haven't had any overheating issues and my wifi works great. I have the Verizon 4g model. Definitely worth the extra $$$ for the 4g capability. Only complaint that I might have is it takes a while to charge the battery. But with what this thing does it is to be expected. No big

I have owned both the 32 GB wifi only iPad 1 and iPad 2 in both black and white. I did not plan on stepping up to the iPad 3; however, I found the option of Verizon's LTE very appealing. I pre-ordered my 16 GB black iPad 3 and am so happy that I did. There are three things that make this an amazing upgrade even from the iPad 2. 1) LTE - It is blazzing fast on Verizon. It is as fast or faster than my home wifi, and I even have a top tier plan. (Also the iPad version will work with an AT&T sim for HSPA+ when LTE is not around.) 2) The Screen - Amazing is the only work I can use. Very please. Reading books is amazing. Videos look great. Pics are fantastic. Big step up. 3) Diction - You can now speak to type which I find very helpful. I am very happy that I was able to upgrade. Sell your old iPad or iPad 2 for a few hundred and step uo to the "New" iPad. Definately go with the LTE!! I even stepped down in storage as everything for music and now even movies is in the cloud!
