His old phone needed a serious upgrafe... so we went for it. iphone 11. He loves it! And going to Best Buy instead of going to our carrier... EXCELLENT! Our Best Buy Rep was knowledgeable & honest... and it only took 20 minutes... seriously only 20 minutes. We would have been at our carrier for 2 hours. Ha!
