    Service agent was accommodating, knowledgeable and through. The one comment we have to make is that they did not inform us that the new phone updates would take place once the new phone was active. This caused our data plan to be completely used up and with an additional 4GB needed for the update. We should have been told this and there should be an option to do the updates/downloads at later time when the phone is connected to a wifi account.

    I Like it but I wanted the 126 GB’s or whatever it is but they didn’t have any in stock so I got the 64 GB I really do like the simplicity of this phone.
