Great phone. Love the camera and the crisp display

I like this phone, but it takes some getting use to it. No button for finger print and I’ve had many issues with face recognition

Great color, fast downloads, amazing battery life!!

So far so good. I got the larger gb so thought it would take longer before it said pictures full, no longer stored in cloud.

My only gripe is there is no home button. Other than that the phone works well and I can use apple CarPlay with my corolla hybrid.

I am not a fan of apple. However all of my kids have iphones and I was missing out on the interconnectivity that iphones have. I have to admit that this phone has changed my mind about iPhones. It wasn't as painful of a switch as I thought it would be. This is a really nice phone and takes great pictures.

This new I phone 11 is absolutely amazing, if I could one thing about it I would change the size of the phone it's huge , it's really big for my small hands! And my hand starts to cramp up after holding it for a long time but it's totally an amazing phone that takes great pictures and sounds great Too!

This was purchased as a gift for someone upgrading from an iPhone SE so the difference in quality was immediately noticed. All of the new features really made a difference in the user experience. The deal I found through Best Buy got us a better price than directly from either Apple or Verizon. Very pleased.

My 12 yr old loves this phone.. so far so good not having any issues. Fast,reliable, great price from a great company! Love my Best Buy!!!

I had to upgrade from my iPhone 6 Plus to the 11 for my Apple Watch to work. Both now work great together. Everything from my iPhone 6 carried over to the iPhone 11. I am still learning about new features on the iPhone 11. I Use it often and it helps with every day life.

Another great iPhone with flawless, fast operation within the Apple ecosystem. Smooth screen response and great camera features that takes excellent quality photos (even in low light). Still getting used to Face ID and finding there are still times I would prefer a fingerprint sensor.

Great phone and excellent camera. The phone does get a little hot when I use it too much so I am a little worried about the battery.

Love the camera quality but I use it have an 7plus and I do miss the larger size. Wish I got the bigger one. But otherwise great!

I had my doubts about purchasing the yellow iPhone 11, it's not on display in stores often and it's hard to tell from a photo how it really is going to look in your hands. I have to say I am very pleased, Apple makes fine devices and it works just as it should while being stylish as well.

The store personnel were very helpful and helped my nephew and I to find what we needed. He bought a Samsung 21 ultra phone and a case. The store salesperson set up his phone with verizon and also included his phone contacts. Now the phone is working perfectly.

Upgraded from iPhone 8. Love not having the home button and Face ID is pretty except for when it tells me it doesn’t recognize my face.

I like the ease of IOS (even though it has its faults) and the battery on this phone is great.

Bought a unlocked iPhone 11 from Best Buy. The wireless rep was helpful and very quick in helping me add the phone to our account and finding the life proof case I wanted. This is the 3rd unlocked phone we have purchased through Best Buy. Highly recommend Best Buy for all your wireless needs.
