Apple is the only way to go. First, I love the phone and like any new product finding new things about it everyday. The color, purple which is actually a light lavender is very soft and pretty. Lastly, Apple gave me a great swap price for my iPhone 7s, which allowed me to purchase the new I phone 11.

Nice upgrade from my 6S. Love the picture quality, the ease of use. I mean, it's Apple. Down side: no outlet for earphones.

It seems to be far better than 6s, but still have to charge it at least twice in a day! Pictures are clearer so that’s a plus.

I am still in transition status. Some functions the same, some new. The transfer of data to the new phone went well with one hick-up. The apps went into a constant waiting status. As it turned out, a simple turn off, turn on of the phone, allowed the apps to complete. Picture quality is great.

Great phone but miss my iPhone 7 Plus had to get another phone because my 7plus wouldn’t take a charge when I bought the new iPhone they didn’t have the color I wanted if I got the color red I would like it better Not all my contacts pulled over very upset about that.

Debating over the three new 11 models and if it was worth it or not for me to pay the extra money for the best model or settle for the least expensive. I went with the least expensive and I’m completely satisfied. Who needs 3 lenses? Besides, I upgraded from a 7 so to me this phone is amazing

Item was a gift for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves her Apple iPhone 11. She hasn't experienced any problems with her phone. She left her laptop at my house one day and was able to log in for school from her phone till I could get her laptop to her.

This is my first time with an apple phone and I Love it. The service and overall quality is the bomb. Iphone 11 is the Bbm and from what I see the best phone ever. I am a sickly person and with the health app that comes with the phone that is very convenient. Overall I give it 5 stars.

Bought the iPhone 11 two weeks ago for a good price! It was a large upgrade from my iPhone 6 that was on its last lap. The new ios14 makes the use of iphone 11 efficient and simple. I was not willing to wait for the iPhone 12, which will be a lot more expensive.

After attempting to purchase this phone at another online retailer on Black Friday and cyber Monday with numerous errors in the checkout process, I decided to purchase through Best Buy. While I lost some money in the cyber deal, the ease of checkout and store pickup was well worth it.

If you are coming from an iPhone 8, it takes some getting used to doing without a home button, so it helps to have someone show you the differences. About a week later it will feel natural. Just give it time and you’ll grow to like the extra screen space.

The new iPhone 11 net every expectation and more for a holiday gift for my daughter. The sales associates knowledge and understanding of the product made the purchase even more special by explaining FL the functionality of the phone and upgrades over her previous phone. Win Win

My daughter needed a new phone, but didn't want to go with the iPhone 12. She liked the color and was already familiar with Apple products, so she new how to set the phone up and transfer all of her files. Overall, she's love the phone and its color.

First time buyer of the Apple phone, I have owned the Apple I-pads for a long time. Love this phone I am a convert from the android. Only thing I didn’t like was the phone did not come with a included user guide, should not have to pay for it at the price I paid for the phone.
