I went in to buy a new I Phone and being 69 I had no idea which one to buy. The salesman spent plenty of time with me and explained the different models and let me know which one I should buy. I am very happy with my new phone. Thank you.

Could not get number transferred and service working for a few day but Best Buy was good and phone is good

This is my girlfriends phone that I got her she loves it as like with my midnight green one finally the iPhones came in our favorite colors, she also loves to show it off when possible especially since we have clear cases and cases that show the camera housing

It was such a painless experience going into Best Buy. Unlike Verizon, I didn’t need an appointment. I bought my new iPhone 11 on my Best Buy card with 18 months interest free. I had my new phone within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Works great, fast, takes great photos. Sort of miss the physical home button though.

I had to upgrade my phone, my last one was getting old and the updates were killing my phone. Getting this new phone just makes things a little bit better regarding the things I do and I felt that it was about time to get a new one.

Finally an iPhone with a great camera! Facial recognition, colors, are also a plus.

I like the new IPhone 11. Had much difficulty getting it to work and had to go back to Best Buy a number of times. Still trying to get the phone (or Apple.com) to recognize my Apple Care. Have spent over 24 hours with both Apple and Best Buy and it still does not recognize the phone. Since I had a much older IPhone, it takes a lot of time to figure out how things work. Best Buy employees have been extremely helpful through all of this.

I ordered two of these for Christmas for my boys. shipping was delayed by several days, but still got here in time. Pricing is better than verizon. Also, I'm not an apple fan because the durability is lacking compared to my Samsung. My Samsung is still in perfect shape and both apple iphone 8s were cracked on the back, charging port broken, and speakers broken. I'm hoping the iphone 11 will last longer than the precious models.

This is a very nice phone and easy to use. It’s a great replacement to my old phone.

I love my new iPhone and the yellow color. What I don't especially like is that it is larger, and I have arthritic hands and fingers, so I'm a bit anxious but otherwise, I love it - the interface is so much better than my iPhone 8 :)

My last phone was a "7" so it was time to move up. Decided on an "11" because 1 got a good price and it was an improvement ocvr my old phone. Great color red and a clear case so I can see the color. Happy with my choice.

It does all it sells itself as pretty well. Camera is amazing! just so crazy expensive.

My 14 yr old loves. If he could write this review, I'm sure it would exceed the word limit. I prefer to purchase phones from BB over VW because of discounts given upfront and option to pay in full instead of monthly.

I am very pleased with the Iphone 11 but many many new features to figure out.
