The iPhone 11 was a great upgrade from my 8 plus. It is very user friendly and while it took some time to adjust to not having a home button, I was able to do so quickly.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. He spent over 2 hours transferring all my data from my old phone to my new phone and then gave me instructions on how to use the features on the phone.

Had the cameras for just a couple weeks and still learning all that this iPhone can do.

Purchased two iphone 11's, sales experience was good but I would not say great. Sales staff was a lttle too fast with their explanations, and due to that activation and data transfer did not go smoothly - required an additional trip back to Best Buy. Without these two issues five stars would have been the rating, sales staff just seemed to be in a hurry due to customers waiting. thanks

Nice but miss that search bar that I use so much. Like the camera and photos

I recently ported my number over from AT&T and changed from Samsung back to an Apple device. The service and device work perfectly and the customer service at the Best Buy location was really pleasant and helpful.

A big upgrade from iPhone se. I like the big screen for watching videos.

My daughter’s current phone was glitching and she needed a new one. Great deal for iPhone and associates at store we’re very helpful setting up/transferring info in a very short time so she could get to her train back to school!

Husband needed a new phone to replace his iPhone 6S Wegot this because I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and it s easier for me to help him when he needs it if his phone is the same brand as mine He is happy with his new phone.

I went from a galaxy 7 edge to the iPhone 11. I was unsure about making the change because of the different systems. I do like how it works but it is also handy for me if i have a question i can just ask my wife as she has a 10.

The features that it offer are great. The battery last long but will see through out time.

This was an emergency upgrade for my son's iPhone 8 which cracked beyond repair. The 11 is a little bigger than the 8, but not too big. The service at Best Buy was quick, pleasant and painless considering it was Black Friday!

Mother in law needed an upgrade for her phone and she decided she will go ahead and get the iphone 11 even though there is no button. After a few weeks of her having it she got used to it and loves it now.

Nice phone. Great camera. I miss the fingerprint option for opening.

We bought Note 10 + last year but the wife couldn't get on with it after years of Apple use. Now she doesn't like this one because she can't figure out how to use it. Looks like a decent phone to me?!

Personally, I am not a iPhone or Mac person. I don't know why people spend so much money for it when an Andoid phone can do all things and more. It's all due to marketing I think. I also think that there should be some kind of class action law suit against Apple for making their group chat to not allow any more users to join once an Android user joins. This is causing iPhone people to not invite any Android users to the group chat. (this is based on both of my kids) This is somewhat like a segregation. If it's a bug, they really should fix it. If it was intentional, they really should get sued for it. My daughter at least seems to be happy that she finally also has the iPhone like most of her friends do. Why can't iPhone allow users to use a micro sd card? Why do they make it so hard to copy video files or mp3 files from your computer if you don't use the iCloud? And when I do this using iTune, why do they make it so that copied files are only accessible to the particular apps? I hope it lasts forever so I won't have to waste more money on it.

I purchased this iPhone while visiting home only after sitting in the store for over 2 hours and the phone wasn’t even activated when I left therefore leading me to go to a Verizon store to have it done. Also if you plan on changing the SIM card DON’T. Verizon has their phones blocked from this even if you purchase the phone outright. So I’m stuck overseas with a phone that I can’t use for 60 days.

Phone has all the features I need and it holds a battery charge for a long time
