excellent help for me as a senior navigating new technology! I walked out of the store happy and confident and thrilled that it was a seamless transfer from an iPhone 6 to 11.

Like the phone so far.Had to get used to it not having a home button.

Slim design and just the right size to carry in your pocket.

I really wanted the yellow or green one so purple wasn’t my first choice. It’s actually and and grew on me. The phone is awesome - it was an upgrade from an older iPhone so major upgrade. Love it!

Screen is a little smaller than iPhone 6plus. When getting the phone home I saw I needed to install the SIM card. Well no SIM card door tool. Best Buy was doing car pick up but they should have thought about that. Tried a paper clip, safety pin, no go, had to go back to the store. Would have preferred they installed ,after all it was paid for.

No problems, no issues. Actually got the device with 64GB memory and had to exchange within the 14d period for the other model. Had to pay a fee for it but I knew that going in and it was reasonable.

Love the phone ~ it’s the service with curbside pickup @ Best Buy the was the worst. Reason for the purchase was because my phone got ran over by a car . We have this lovely “pandemic “ going on . So I went home to use my personal computer to order. Stated “Ready in a hour” so I waited 2 hrs. Got there assoc asked if I checked in “stated no” cause I have no phone . Gave her my license & info was told to park and she would check on my order. I waited for almost another hour, no one ever came up to me to give me a update. I even had a associate come to a car beside me , who didn’t order online . The assoc., went in to check to see if they had it and proceeded. I finally flagged down one of the associates who were bring out orders. Explained everything again .. 10 minutes later she brought out my phone. Once I had everything connected , I saw the email that “my order was ready “ 10 minutes before I got there!!! I was patient on my part . Poor service and No excuse!!!

So far...not much different than my older iphone. Some new features.

cheap good and reliable best phone in the market for prices

A bit of an adjustment from the 6s I previously had. Need to learn some new tricks, but overall happy. I also like the color, The size is a little bigger so that is also an adjustment. No longer fits in my cupholder in the car. I honestly am not great with all it can do yet so my review may be premature. But, I have always been happy with Apple purchases.

It was time for an upgrade and the iPhone 11 exceeds all my expectations. It still has many of the conveniences and nuances that are typical of an iPhone just '11' times better.

I had to replace my last iPhone after it went in the pool. The only critique I have is that I wish it was water proof (versus resistant) and I could record underwater at deeper depths.

The phone is perfect and working perfectly! Only wish the phone came with a SIM card. Look out for phones that don’t come with one. Had to go get one from carrier because the old sim wouldn’t take.

Phone is harder to open . Like the improved camera.

This is a nice phone small, simple durable. Has alot of new features

Best Buy prices for phones are less then compare to other store and quick delivery and best part return n exchange if u change Colour of iPhone 11 thanks Best Buy

Very happy with the quality of this phone. The clarity is unbelievable and pictures look like you are right there. Glad I kept my old phone as was so easy to transfer everything to the iPhone 11.

Excellent phone for the price. My daughter says it is a little smaller than the Iphone 8 that she traded in. The color was yellow and it is quite different. She loves it andis glad that she bought it.

A bit bulky but has good functionality and long battery life

Sales staff was great, but we did run into issues into retrieving data after the purchase and activation fees. Would have given five stars except for these details that we felt were not appropriately explained. Once these things were addressed all aok, except Verizon would not waive activation fees which we felt were a bit extensive.
