    My husband talked me into an iphone after having Samsung phones. I had no problem with the Samsung and the learning curve wasn't to bad. Love it now.

    I upgraded from an I Phone 6 Plus and so far have enjoyed the new phone with lots of memory. It didn’t take long to get used to the changes (i.e. no home key). Really glad I upgraded.

    I am very pleased with my Iphone 11. I have had a 7 for quite a few years so it was very nice to upgrade and I am learning many different functions through YouTube videos.

    Verizon service plan dropped to $24.99/month so I was able to snag this for my daughter and she loves this phone. She was able to adapt easily without the 'Home' button.

    Who doesn’t love an iPhone? If you are an apple product person you will love this phone. Wish Best Buy kept more colors in stock in their stores more regularly.

    This is my husbands point of view as this is his phone. He finds it harder to use than the 8 he last had. He wishes he would have just gotten the pro because at least the better camera would have made up for some of the other things he didn’t like. I tend to agree.

    Had a 6 plus and really didn’t need to get a new one but after some thought, decided to get this phone. Because I am an apple customer, this was a smooth transition!

    As with all Apple products, set up was painless. Phone is much faster than my iPhone 8. Love the face detection and new camera features. Other than that, it's just an Apple iPhone.
