Bought it for one of my kids. Great phone just expensive. Not sure if I could justify vs a Droid but haven’t had issues with any iPhone in many years.

I upgraded from my Iphone 6 to this amazing 11. Super smooth to transition to, amazing how much has changed.

I had an iPhone for several years, when it got old I traded it in for a Samsung which I did not like so after 4 months I went back to the Iphone

I am new to the APPLE scene. Very different to get used to have been a Android from the beginning, but my truck wasn't playing well with old phone so here I am.

Visual and audio clarity is excellent. Best Buy team did an awesome job cloning old phone data to new phone. Highly recommend this phone!

She had the 6. Battery life was poor, Apple said they wouldn't update it anymore. Bought the 11. She loves it and still uses her 6 for video on our home wifi!

I’ve been using several on-line instruction sites to learn how to use this new phone to its maximum potential. Love the facial recognition technology.

Needed to upgrade so went with this one.. only had 1 problem a few weeks after buying it the SIM card failed.. got a new SIM card and good to go.

I went with an iPhone 11 instead of a pro simply because I didn’t want to pay the extra money. I love the phone and it’s a nice upgrade over my iPhone 8 Plus.

My daughter wanted it so I got it. That’s my fault. Expensive compared to Droids but a great phone. Made her happy and that’s what counts to me.

Amazing!! You cannot go wrong with an Apple product! Easy to use and similar to the old I phone.

The clear one not only protects the phone, but you can put a photograph or decorative paper inside it to give a unique look to the phone.

After many years went from an Android back to an iPhone. Love this phone. Bill at Best Buy was very helpful in helping me decide and be so helpful.

Apple continues to build a quality product. On the price high side but the product is reliable. Protect it or face big repair costs! The memory is over-priced when moving between phone model choices. Apple is ripping off their customers in the memory side. Otherwise a good product.

I used this phone for a year and now have handed it down to my hubby. He is in training for no buttons technology! LOL

Made the switch from Samsung. Glad I did. Easy to navigate and features are great. Still getting use to it.

Just started using it . The 64 kb does all that we need to do and then some! Key board is a little small to type on for us older folks but does the trick.

I had the XR before this and wouldn't recommend upgrading if you're paying full price. the camera features are nice to have and better waterproofing is great.
