Lay your great new iphone 11 down and you can find it! But no matter the color you choose, the phone is terrific. Love the facial recognition security.

I’ve had so many problems with this phone! After 4 months of owning it, I couldn’t receive phone calls or texts messages. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon trying to fix it. Ended up getting a “new” phone which was refurbished. I still have trouble with the new one as the screen freezes every once in a while. This is unacceptable for an Apple product. The last Apple phone I had before this one I had for 4 years, loved it and only got rid of it because the battery wasn’t lasting all day. Love the price of this phone but this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.

Lots to learn. However, the sound when I answer a call is so low I have to turn on the speaker to hear. Yes, I do have the volume turned all the way up. I understand this is a common problem with the 11. I will now have to go to the Apple store to get it fixed.

This was a upgrade from my iPhone 7, I wish it was a little smaller. The 11 pro is smaller but for what I use it for wasn’t worth the price difference.

I am very happy with this phone so far. I have been really satisfied with every iPhone I have had and AppleCare service can’t be beat!

Like all Apple products, it performs as expected. The salesperson at Best Buy did a great job with trade in and setting up new phone.
