Staff was really helpful. Walked in and upgraded from IPhone 7 to 11. Staff transferred everything from old to new phone. Great job.

So far, so good! I just came from the galaxy s10 plus, but this phone is really amazing. The swiping with the home button is actually really easy!

The phone is like every other iPhone. However, the young lady that helped us out at BB was awesome. Very helpful in moving data over.

The phone I don’t see much difference from the previous models outside of the camera with three lenses and a few new features other than that this is the same phone as older models.

I absolutely love my 11 it’s perfect! The color is very nice as well. Specs on the phone are very nice as well definitely worth the purchase.

I bought Apple because of the many other Apple gadgets I have so it makes it easy. Apple phones are getting worse every time a new one comes up now. Phone logs out of apps by itself rather often, many times I have to turn it off and back on to get apps to work, freezes up... It gets worse every time an update is downloaded. The only good things is how long the battery charge lasts, usually over 2 days. This I love. Would not recommend any Apple product any more. After a couple of years they manage to create a download that completely messes up all your old Apple gadgets even more so I would not recommend anymore.

Best Buy was the only retailer to offer a decent incentive on this iPhone for upgrades on Verizon. I’m happy with the incentive and the product.

I was hesitant to continue with iPhone, as I’m usually a Samsung girl at heart, but this iPhone is great and I plan to keep it for a long time :)

The iPhone 11 is a great product (like most Apple items). We already have one, so when the sale price took place it was a no-brainer!
