Love my new iPhone, first time iPhone user and definitely am glad that I made the switch from android.

Love the phone and overall upgrade from iPhone 8. And like the free music and Disney plus that was offered with it through Verizon.

But Best buy sales recommended a screen protector that scratches if you look at it. Get a better screen protector than the $25 one.

Store Associate reloaded most of what I had on my phone; items from previous 24 hours had to reload from backup (apps, pics etc);

Needed a new one as the 6 was shot. Went to store to check it out and was immediately impressed. Good quality as usual.

Phenomenal phone from a great company. Had some transfer of apps issue from previous iPhone. But the issues have since been resolved.

Its an iPhone like all the rest. I don’t like it as much as my iPhone X but it was discontinued so not an option. Typical high quality Apple product unfortunately it’s fragile so like other Apple devices you will want a case/cover.

Over my wife has loved the new phone, taking a little to get used to some of the new features, but overall so far so good

Phone was a gift for my son and it works better than expected. Perfect gift for a 14 year old. Hope it lasts as long as high school

Got this for my father and he picked it up in no time after no previous experience with iOS.

It took a few weeks to receive this item. Therefore I haven't had much time to activate it yet. Im sure I'll be pleased with it.

Purchased this IPhone at Best Buy after getting no help at the local Verizon store. So helpful and quick. The phone works well.

This is the base iphone11. If you need apple product but don't need all the possible extras, this is a good phone to get.

I went from my iPhone 6s to the 11 and have loved the phone. It is a bit wider than what I’m used to but I’m adjusting fine.

I like using the Apple Watch as I do not have to carry my phone. Especially like it on for workouts and working around yard.

Finally upgraded and i love it. Only negative review i have is that it keeps turning off outta nowhere and for no reason !!

I have bought phones and appliances from BB for years. We ordered 3 new Samsung phones and they were delivered to my home. The same day, I ordered this phone & was told it could not be sent to my home but had to be picked up. Well, days before the store got it, the state banned travel there from my state. I called to get it transferred to the BB in my state (same distance, either store). And could not do it, and spent hours trying. Eric, store mgr was great, explained that I had to cancel the order. Then redo it with the other BB store for delivery. And wait more days to get it. Terrible service except for Eric's attempts to help me. -- The iPhone itself is great.
