I needed a new phone, so thought I would go with the latest. I don't replace phones until I have to, they are just too expensive. This phone works well and as expected. Can't say anything fantastic about it in comparison to my last i phone.

My husband enjoys his new IPhone 11. It took us a day or two to get used to the swiping changes, but not too long. This phone does seem to cut in and out during calls a bit so that is why I'm giving it a 4 instead of 4.

Easy to shop at Best Buy . Most important reputable company. Returns are available if the product is defective.

This is my first IPhone and I gotta say it’s a good iPhone. Some things Android does better but overall it’s a good phone

Seems really good. It’s an Apple, so you know exactly what to expect. Haven’t had it that long to really see about battery performance and such but really like how it’s working so far. If improvement over my old 6s.
