    Switched from Samsung when an updated photo be sent as needed. Looks led dealing with Best Buy for knowledge and attention. COVID did limit the amounts of hands on training tho I’m on my own to figure out some uses.

    The phone is great as expected, the only problem was that it was a birthday gift and Verizon sent my daughter a text message congratulating her on her new phone 3 days before I planned to give it to her. Was kind of a bummer.

    Not an awful phone but it’s getting old and boring with the same old same old. You get a new iPhone and it just feels like you have the same phone still basically. Nothing that new or impressive about the phone.
