    Bought this phone as an upgrade for my 12-year old daughter. She had been using my wife's old iPhone 6S as her first phone and it was time to upgrade. I set it up and transferred all the data from the old phone via iTunes. Put the phone in an Otterbox Defender and she is very happy she can customize the layout to her liking.

    I tend to keep things til they don’t work anymore, so this was an upgrade from a 6S. What an improvement! Took a little getting used to as it functions more like an iPad. But I love it!

    I was hesitant for an update since iPhone6 as I was not completely happy With iPhones upgrades till iPhoneX. But have been happy since the upgrade and definitely iPhone 11 is my real deal
