I really enjoy my new phone which was a birthday gift to myself. I knew that the transition from my old phone into the new Iphone 11 was going to be easy. For the last several years I have owned the Apple iPhone. Its fun to easy and just like an assistant to me. Thank you .

The case snaps fit easily without having to struggle to put the phone in or pop it out. The leather texture feels soft yet sturdy enough for the phone, and gives a hard shell covering around the bezel. What I liked is a small pocket at the back of the cover where you can slide in two credit cards - at least.

Phone works good, apps are great and just some usability issues but otherwise good features. Great deal from bestbuy.

The ease of switching over my phone was Kri the staff explained everything perfectly to me Dustin was a huge help and spent a ton of time with me to make sure I understood my phone and how to get all of my information switched over. Overall an amazing experience with the mobile team and Best Buy as a whole

It is an Apple product, so need for any special feedback on the product quality. But the best buy experience was outstanding. The service person was knowledgeable and spent over 60 minutes finding the specification I wanted, which differentiates BestBuy from its competitors.

Every person we came across was really helpful and professional. It’s totally unlike the stores in Austin and Dallas. I came in the doors and within 40 minutes had all items purchased and ready to go. Geek Squad are always reliable though they are exceptionally back logged due to COVID.

iphone 11 - Upgraded phone from and iphone X. Super happy with it. Another great Apple product. Just wish they weren't so expensive.

Thank God for allowing me to have this phone, My husband agree to me to get this new iPhone 128Gb, my old phone iphone6 only got 16gb, now it was worth it to have a 128Gb to save more pictures and work emails, plus more space. Like what my husband said happy wife happy life hahaha...

I had a i-phone 4 for many years, super small n compact, now I have this, very nice but big phone n my hands are still trying to adjust to holding it.

didn't really want a new phone, but my old iphone 5 was starting to fail. Purchased at your store and sales person said to get my contacts saved on my old phone would be as simple as plug in to my home computer where it was saved, and restore. IT WAS NOT! Finally got my phone set up after about a week on my own. Just purchased same phone from Target for my husband and his sales person was able to wirelessly transfer ALL of his data to his new phone IN THE STORE, not using the cloud. It was amazing! Too bad my sales person was not as skilled!!!

Upgraded my son's 6s to the 11. He had a 64GB 6s and had almost 30GB of free space so he didn't need/want any larger capacity. He loves this phone. It's a huge upgrade in capability. If you have any iPhone older than an 8, I highly recommend upgrading to the 11. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased this one for my wife. Her 6+ screen was unresponsive so it was time to upgrade. It has a lot of cool features that she enjoys.

It is both beautiful and extremely easy to use. I often use the search icon to discover definitions of words of which I only have a minor knowledge. This iphone discovers obscure and utilizable definitions 1,2,3. PS This is actually my wife iphone, and she is writing the review.

I purchased this phone having heard a lot of fanfare regarding just how deep the blacks appear in the new display. I confess, I am often times nervous to select an app from my home screen for fear of missing the icon and having my entire hand swallowed by the cavernous blackness.
