The associate who help d us was great. She was not only helping different people at the same time effectively but also pleasantly. She had a great knowledge of the product and the system that made us confident and efficient. Because of these kind of associates retail is still alive.

It doesn’t have a big difference when compared with previous model, but it’s a good upgrade if you are using iPhone 7 or even older model.

The sales person at the cellular phone counter was excellent and very helpful from beginning to end. Seemingly less complicated than at the AT&T store. Had to order the phone in the desired colored, but came within a week. Sales person talked through the set up.

Decided to purchase out right instead of installment payments. Best thing to do. Phone is great. A big upgrade from my iPhone 6s.

Great phone, great features, but it’s too big/too heavy to hold while lying in bed for long periods. I can, but my fingers/wrists are registering an uncomfortable fatigue. My girlfriend recently picked up the SE, and it is the perfect size in my opinion.

Shout out to the mobile team for making this my best visit at a Best Buy. I switched phone carriers and they were able to do more (and do it better) than those at the actual phone store. They gave me so much information and helped me throughout the entire process.

My 256 gb iPhone 11 is very powerful and quick. However, iPhone 11 is not as user friendly as the earlier versions.

Nice phone, better phone for the money compared to the Pro. The screen is an ideal size, though I do wish it was a bit wider.

I’ve come to find out people either Love Apple or Hate it. My family and I are Apple lovers! lol. We have all Apple products ( MacBook, iPad, iPod, AirPods, and phones) and love how they connect so easily to each other. This phone is no different. We love it!

We upgraded to the I-phone 11 and chose the yellow color, which is really a great color. It is bright and so different from all the old colors, so I really like the uniqueness of it. As always, I-phone has made another great quality phone.

Great phone so far . Love it but Have to be careful not to bump side buttons though . A bit heavy with case .

Great phone camera is better than expected easy to use. Did like not being able to install memory card

Of course the I Phone is always nice and the best part is this one is 128GB and an 11. Best Buy staff are great and got me all set up with no problems. The only thing I am upset with is that San Bruno is closing their store.
