I didn’t want to lose my “home button” from my iPhone 7..... but after the battery became weak and wouldn’t hold charge, I upgraded. I do not miss the home button what so ever! This has been my most favorite phone (iPhone) I’ve ever Owned!

My wife is older than me (2 months) and neither one of us can see that well anymore. Both of us have glaucoma. So, this new iPhone 11 is perfect for her. She can read everything on it...and is actually beginning to understand some of the settings.

I bought this for my girlfriend, like as a surprise... when I got home, I found out that she was just using me and could gaf about me, so I returned it and her. Lololol ... I do have the bigger version of this one (because size matters:)

I was torn between the 11 or the SE. Very happy so far with this I-phone. My last phone was the 7+ and it was a hassle to carry. The battery did not last very long either. Still learning all the new features, swiping up!!

have not really got into what I can do and not do.. I had to look up how to turn the phone off and on.. LOL.. got a lot to learn... am 73 and hope I will take better night pictures.. etc.

I like the iPhone I haven’t had any issues yet. The people helping weren’t the friendliest they were busy but didn’t really want to help once they found out my boyfriend was trading in his phone, we went to At&t and had no issues there.

I purchased the iPhone 11 256 as a gift for my granddaughter and she loves Everything about it. We first tried to purchase at AT&T Store but we’re told it would take a month to arrive. Best Buy had it to us via US Mail in 2 days!

I purchased this phone to replace my 16 year-old son's old phone. He is quite happy with it. He like the Apple platform and does a lot of facetime with friends. He tells me this will be the last phone he'll need for quite a while.

Wanted to upgrade my current iphone 10 and liked the quality that the iphone 11 had in comparison! Best Buy employees were really helpful in the purchase process and it was there genuine opinions that sold me on the purchase!

My kids like their phones. Easy to use. Only problem is that sometimes they experience delays.

My partner needed a new phone so we headed to bestbuy and they had the very last product red iPhone 11 ! The purchasing process was easy and not very time consuming at all, bonus for extremely helpful and friendly staff!

My husband and I have purchased most all our phones from Best Buy over the years. We also purchase laptops and other equipment from them. This is the only place to buy electronics. The people are helpful and the Geek squad is great!

Upgraded to this phone from an iPhone X. I am a big fan of the larger size of this phone and the iOS software runs very smoothly on the newest generation processor. Overall another great iPhone with some nice camera improvements

The phone works as advertised. Set up was quite easy. I used the cloud method to update all the apps and transfer all the photos and data to the new phone without much effort at all. Kudos to the Apple folks for figuring this out.
