Apple iPhone 11 it’s always overprice but it’s ok No body forces people to buy them

Products and promotions not fully explained and entire process took to long

Have problems with overheating and phone freezes very often. I’ve heard other people having the same issues.Usually reboots fix the problem but it’s a pain in the butt to have to constantly reboot. Haven’t had to do that with any other iPhone as often as I do with this one.

Terrible Camera. My Samsung had a better megapixel!

I was disappoint when a received the bill also the transfer the number not complete

Too much static and echoes when talking on the phone

The battery only stays charged for two days and I don't play games or music . I don't talk on it only text every once in a while. Just think if it was the only phone I have it wouldn't stay charged up a half a day. My old I phone 6 stayed charged longer than this I phone 11.

Apple needs to see to the glitches of it's OS in Apple 11. The sound is awful and the keyboard clicks fluctuate in volume. Apple ain't what it used to be.

I really miss my iPhone 8 Plus! After using the iPhone 11 for a few days I really hate it! First, the screen scratches extremely easy with nothing done to it other than normal use. My iPhone 6 had less scratches after 5 years than the iPhone 11 after 5days. Screen protector is a must! Also, it’s extremely slippery, almost like they coated it with a substance. Not having a home button or finger print scanner is abysmal. Overall I’m stuck with it, but it’s a piece of junk compared to the 8/ 8 plus.

I have seen so many people using Iphone 11 which surprised me because people talks about the Iphone 11 in a good way like it's better than IPhone xr because the ratings and strengths for iphone 11 made it special especially there is 2 cameras in the back of the phone. The main strengths that I have seen in this product is that the camera quality could not get any better which is that it has reached up to the maximum which is the greatest that it could be, the phone has very good battery and it last for many hours before it runs out, it's very easy to use like it's easy how to open apps, it's easy to download, it's very fast at downloading pictures from google or any website. it has very good sound quality. It's good for those who likes listening to music and I recommend anyone to buy this phone The main weakness in this phone is that the phone glass get's to be broken easily like it should be strong if it gets dropped because there is a high chance that the glass might break. I would give this product excellent because of how good and special it is

This is yet an other example as to how dysfunctional the credit card from Best Buy/Citi is. I did not buy an I phone. I did not buy any phone from anyone. Citi has been a disaster to work with to the point we now have canceled the credit cards at BestBuy and Costco! We will no longer do business with BestBuy or Costco due to conflicts and the abuse of my wife that had AD.

Made this purchase online with some other accessories. Not sure if the phone was cracked when received. But I was sold an otter box that stated it was compatible with the iPhone 11, which it is NOT. Tried to have my issue resolved in the Rogers, AR Store to have no help from Barry or Drew. I will be closing my credit account and never shopping at Best Buy again.

Nothing spectacular, just a phone. Works about as expected.

Good phone but bogo by AT&T not honored so don’t know.

I upgraded my iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11 and I'm already impressed with it. It feels better, perfect size and is very simple to use. Camera is mind-blowing. Great iPhone and definitely worth an upgrade to.

The workers at Best Buy are some of the worst and slowest out there. I hated every minute of what should’ve been a fun purchase, not to mention that he almost messed up my new phone. Never go here, just go straight to apple, or an AT&T store
