My son broke his iPhone 7 and upgraded to the 11. It’s a great phone of course. I like the color choices for the phones also. Software obviously the same as his 7 with just a few differences but is visibly a faster phone when navigating and going between apps.

Great phone great picture quality. No problem learning this phone if you are upgrading from another iPhone.

Good price and extremely helpful. Geek squad helped by transferring everything from our old phone. Made mistake getting last ones at att store. Had to drive into Dallas 40 miles to Apple store just to get things answered. Was a big headach

I upgraded from a iPhone 7+. The phone is very similar, but the camera is a great upgrade. I love the ability to use differs types of lenses. The wide angle is great. The low light mode takes great photos without a flash. Photos are clear and vibrant.

My old iPhone was ready to be replaced. I was hesitant about learning new tech I hadn’t been keeping up lately. BUT I am loving it! This iPhones 11 is lighter and faster. And the facial recognition is so quick! Yes, I’m still learning

This is a good iPhone for the features and price. I personally couldn’t justify the Pro and Pro Max and didn’t have interest in the upgrades they offered for the difference in price over the base 11 model. No regrets here with my decision.

The Best buy representative was very knowledgeable about this iPhone and answered all of our questions. She moved all our data from an Android to the iPhone without any issues. Very satisfied with the quality and ease of use.

I had been crawling along with a iphone 6 for a number of years. I finally bit the bullet and upgraded to an iphone 11. WOW! The difference between a 6 and 11 is profound!! This phone is so fast! And I thought the facial recognition was just a fad feature, but it makes getting into and using the phone so much easier! The only thing that prevents this from being a 5-star rating is the cost. Alas, iphones are expensive! No getting around that!

My son purchased this phone to replace the inherited Iphone 6 he got from my wife. It is worlds better than that phone, and even much better than my wife's current Iphone 8. The pictures are awesome and clear.

I love the purple color and I am sure it’s better than my previous phone. I haven’t used it long enough to give it an excellent review but I like that it’s larger than the iPhone 7 and a tad smaller than the iPhone 7 pro.

Coming from my 7, it is a little bit big & heavy for my smaller hand. Love the mint color & camera though.

The iPhone 11 combines all the best elements of all the prior phones. It seems to be more user-friendly than past phones, and it is seamless as you move from one thing to another.

The phone was a upgrade for my daughter and she loves it. The camera on the phone is better than my IPhone XR. She loves the new yellow not as bright as the XR yellow. Best Buy is the best way to upgrade your phone (better price).

Easy to use if you are familiar with iPhones. The camera is great. Also good array of apps available.

Enjoying the upgrade so far! I jumped from an iPhone 6 to the 11. It didn’t take long at all to get used to not having the middle or “home” button. Enjoy the facial recognition and improvements with camera and screen quality.

I upgraded to this from the iPhone 8 Plus. Went back and forth about the decision to lose the home button for weeks. I can honestly say I don’t even miss it! This phone works seem less with Face ID! It has an awesome camera too.

I have no complaints with this phone. It does everything I want it to do (I don’t take a lot of pics so the camera isn’t a big deal to me but it is good, but there are better camera phones out there).

So far so good.I’ve had this phone since the first day they were available in the store and it has proven very dependable. The battery life is incredible. The darkroom affect is OK however you could always adjust the lighting.

I switched from an LG flagship phone after years away from iPhones, and I have been very pleased with iOS 13. Easy to use. Nice screen. Takes gorgeous photos. I did not feel the need to invest in the more expensive model.
