I am pretty happy with this series of IPhone. The screen with no button was an adjustment, but I would never go back! The processing seems very fast, and the touch is the best ever. Glad I finally made the upgrade.

Purchased this phone for my wife as an upgrade to her iphone7. She noticed a big difference in processing speed, battery life and camera quality. The two complaints she shared are is the lack of a headphone jack and finger print scanner.

What can I say? We are addicted to our phones and when the battery starts to go on the older version, we need a new one. The screen and color are great, the size is good and the camera takes good pictures. It does everything we want a Phone to do!

I love all the new gestures without a home button and the camera is very clear. Plus, the physical phone size is slightly smaller than the iPhone 7 Plus that I had previously, but the screen is almost an inch bigger!! It’s fantastic.

Went from a iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11, big jump in size, but really loving using it. I got used to the size pretty fast, the screen is clear and big for older eyes and I don’t miss the home button at all! Speedy to use and battery is excellent!

Upgraded from a Samsung phone and was surprised with the quality of the camera, especially the front facing “selfie” camera. Easy to use in all aspects and love the Face ID security!

Phone has functioned flawlessly since purchase 6 months ago. Picked the 11 over the 12 for the large price difference and have been satisfied with the camera, processing, and quality of screen resolution.

I was an avid apple user but hear great things about the galaxy from a family member so I made the switch, hated it... So, I switched back to Apple and specifically the 11 Because of the camera quality as well as the battery life. The phone does stay charged for a long period of time but would assume that primarily because I’m not on it all of the time and the camera, honestly the camera on the galaxy was better imo.

So far I’m finding this to be a very user friendly phone, & like all the features that are somewhat different from my previous IPhone 6 The camera & picture quality are also excellent. Thank you Apple for coming up with this great product.

Excellent phone. Very fast and moves easy between functions. It's obvious Apple did their homework. Best Buy purchase was seamless and quick. The staff was very knowledgable and spent a good amount of time on 2 trips. Highly recommend.

I liked the size since I had 6splus and I did not have trouble transitioning to the iPhone11. I was going to get the iPhone SE but it was far too small to see and use. I like this phone, and it is faster and clearer

This phone is very easy to use, and compatible with phones that friends and family have. The camera takes clear pictures and is easy to use all of the options. Price is affordable when considering an I Phone.

LOVE! My new iphone 11!! One of my favorite features is the camera. Takes amazing pictures. I also like that it wasn't too much larger than my old iphone 6 phone. It's the perfect size.

It's an upgrade from my iPhone 8. Love the camera! The sound quality is much better both musically and the quality of a telephone call. It's a little bigger than my 8 but not that noticeable. very happy.

I have been using this phone for a little over a month and I am enjoying it. I like that the screen size is close to what I previously had, but is durable and the screen is clear. The camera is an upgrade and takes amazing photos.

I absolutely love my iPhone 11! I was using a 7plus which was fine but I really like the Face ID. I feel more secure and it’s much faster to wake up the phone. Plus “swiping” rather than using the home button is much better.

This is the second phone I’ve bought through Best Buy and the process has been wonderful and fast!!! As far as this phone it was a present for my daughter and she loves it!!! She loves the camera and ease of the phone.

I love this phone so much! It has already made my life much easier with being able to use Apple Pay! I love how much space it has and fast the speed is on Version's network. Got it for a great deal!

Just purchased in December but thus far amazing. Huge step up from the iPhone 6 I previously owned. So far, no issues and very impressed. Photos are amazing quality and family have enjoyed the emojicons. GREAT PHONE!!

Upgrading to this phone from an iphone7. this one is amazing. love the larger screen, facial recognition, great camera with portrait mode that I love! Plus really cool colors! I got the green and love it!
